When I arrived in Peterborough I began my research for a reliable, caring,efficient yet comfortable dental facility. Considering all these ameties my primary search then took me to meet the dental team that would be taking preventive care of my oral cavity and teeth. Finding Dr. Laura and her team to be highly qualified and accertive in my preventive care has given me the security I require to be a client of Chemong Family Dental.

Hygienist was very friendly and very thorough. Wasn't scheduled to see the dentist this time but every time I see them they are honest and helpful about what I have to do to improve the health of my teeth and gums. Overall I've seen a different hygienist every time and they all did wonderful jobs. All staff are friendly and I am happy with the quality of care I get each time.

I have been seeing Dr. Rhee since he arrived in Peterborough and I have had numerous problems with my teeth and every time I have been to his office he has done a terrific job. His office staff are very helpful and professional in making sure that I receive the best care. They are very punctual and wait time is minimal if any. My hygienist of choice is Stephanie and she is very good, my cleanings are painless and she is very personable. Recently my 4 year old daughter has started going and she loves the treasure chest!

Andy was really nervous but Laura and Kylie were so patient and understanding. They helped him calm down, talked him through and he was successful in his filling. Thanks for always being so patient and understanding - which can be hard with Andy and his Aspergers.

I am very satisfied with the care I receive at the Chemong Family Dental. They have always been punctual, friendly and offer a pleasant atmosphere while you wait, including magazines and tea and coffee. It took 15 years and a lot of anxiety to leave my (since child hood) family dentist from my home town.....but once I experienced Chemong Family Dentistry and the amazing comfort and hospitality not to mention the above excellent service (s) they have provided. My first experience with a Canadian Dentist and I was impressed. I have previously had dental work done in the UK and so somethings were quite different here. They took the time to explain what was being done and what the different machines were that were being used, helping me feel comfortable. I was very happy with my hygenist and the office itself was immaculate. Thank you for a great first experience!

I don't particularly like going to the dentist but Chemong Family Dental has been a very pleasant experience for the past 2 years. They have a very clean and professional environment which makes me feel more comfortable. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for an appointment and I have always found the staff to be extremely helpful! They have been flexible when my work schedule conflicted with an appointment. I guess the most important thing is that since I began going there, I feel much more confident in the health of my teeth! I am a new patient and the staff at Chemong Family Dentist made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in the door. The office and reception area is clean, bright and inviting. The front desk staff smiled and were extremely friendly, the hygienists were understanding and so wonderful; they explained what they were doing at all times and made me feel at ease. Dr Alex was awesome! He was so kind and made sure I understood what was happening and what the next steps in my treatment would be. I Usually get my teeth cleaned by Stephanie but had a great cleaning by Corina this time. Very gentle on the mouth and easy to chat with. Not alot of ppl say they enjoy going to the dentist but I always like my visits. Friendly staff give you something to look forward too on your visit.

As a retiree I appreciate the feeling that I was not pressured into services that I feel I don't need. In the next year or so I will not have coverage so that is particularly important to me. I have recommended Chemong Dental to family and friends.

I have been a patient with Chemong Family Dental since moving to Peterborough five and a half years ago. My experience has always been exceptional. The staff are extremely professional and friendly. The hygienists (I go for quarterly cleaning) always explain what is happening and tell me if there is anything I should be concerned about. Dr. Alex and Dr. Laura are very personable and make me feel like my dental care is important to them. One thing I really like about this dental practice is that it is extremely well organized and efficient. I very rarely have to wait more than a few minutes, if at all, my appointments always fit my schedule and I always get a reminder call well in advance. There is never a problem on the rare occasion I have to change an appointment. This was very important before I retired because my work priorities were not predictable when scheduling personal appointments several months in advance. The dental office is very clean and modern. And the equipment is up to date so I feel the practice is leading edge. Most of all, over my life I have always had an aversion to going to the dentist. However, I don't at all mind coming to Chemong Family Dental because I have never had a bad experience. Keep up the good work!

I am happy to attend my regular scheduled visits as all staff greet me and know me by name, they ask and are genuine about knowing things about me that make me feel like I'm valued as a person not just a patient. Very friendly, not long to wait, and very comfortable care. I have sensitivity issues and sometimes cleanings are quite painful. My two cleanings at Chemong Family Dental have been almost pain-free, and the hygienists are sensitive to any changes in my comfort.

I find the hygienists who do the cleaning are lovely. Very gentle and I don't leave with sore gums. The front desk ladies are very welcoming and I don't have to wait forever to be called in. I leave glad that I came.

I broke a tooth last weekend and needed immediate care. Dr. Rhee was able to see me on Monday for an assessment and was able to fix my problem with an extended appointment on Tuesday morning. I was grateful to get this tooth fixed so quickly and thrilled with the care I was given and the results. Thank you Dr. Alex. I was also there for my regular cleaning and again Stephanie was amazing. I was in the middle of my tooth repair and she kept things light and funny knowing that I was there for the long haul. I highly recommend Chemong Family Dental and will share this news on Facebook.

Today, January 27th, was my best experience thus far with Chemong Family Dental. I had the friendliest and most helpful dental hygienist. Her name was Nicole. I have an interest in dental hygiene and every question I had she welcomed gratefully and answered with such detail that really helped me.

Chemong Family Dental first looked after me when I had a dental emergency. It was a long weekend in the summer and I was provided with amazing care. My whole family, children and grandchildren, are all now patients of the practice. All of the staff are professional,kind and caring and always willing to answer any questions.i am very impressed with the up to date technology and the high quality of work done there. There is a lovely and large waiting room- though you are seldom in there long. The appointments are well organized and on time. My Son and I have had great experiences with Chemong Family Dental. They are always so great at making my 4 year old son very comfortable. Being 4 years old he obviously doesn't want to go to the dentist, but after getting in the chair, they give him sunglasses and put cartoons on and it makes him feel more then comfortable.
