Quality of service was amazing! This is my second round with braces and I wish I knew about this practice the first time around! The staff make sure you’re comfortable from the time you walk in until you walk out. They discuss the process with you before, during and after.

Everyone I interact with is very nice and take my care into great consideration!

I have had a great experience, I get treated extremely well every time I come to my appointments and I leave feeling that I have been given all of the materials I need to succeed!

I love it here! They are very professional and kind and make sure that my daughter is comfortable and with no discomfort.

Today was our second appointment a brace day! My son had an issue with his regular dentist and needed a filling, but the expander that was placed at his last appointment was in the way once I told them about it, they were able to move the expander out of the way so he could get his proper treatment needed. Meanwhile, my youngest, who is not a patient was complaining He was hungry( guessing he didn’t eat much school lunch today). Dr. Ross overheard and took him for some food to hold him over till we were finished the appointment a could get him food along with playing ball with him. We love all the staff that we have came in contact with so far and the atmosphere. the kids love the video games they can play while waiting to be called back. We are so glad we went with this office.

Ever since the first visit my daughter loved the place. They are very friendly , gentle and take their time with the patients.

Walking into the office, I immediately felt comfortable having Dr. David Ross and his entire staff be my orthodontist The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very kind. I trust that they will listen to my concerns, excitement, and questions with thought and care. This is the practice to go to if you are looking for a orthodontist!

Hands down the kindest staff. The tech who put on the braces made sure she checked on my nervous child throughout the procedure. She reassured her the whole time. The personal follow up phone call was 100/10! Way to go David Ross orthodontics! I don't have a google act but feel free to share with whomever!

My son loves Dr. Ross. It was always easy to Contact them and issues were always addressed immediately. He had his braces put on right before COVID but they always worked With us to fix things when needed even during those challenging times. I highly recommend Dr. Ross!

Our family has been under care at Ross Orthodontics for two phases of braces for each of my two children and for myself for Invisalign. Every time I go in for an appointment, I am always impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff. It is evident that they care about their patients as individual people by the way they ask about their hobbies and about school. My son and I are finished with our treatment and are very happy with the results. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who is considering orthodontic treatment for themselves or their children!
