Moly and David were really kind , professional as well as patient. They both were very gentle with me. I love how they informed me of what they were doing every step of the way. The entire staff from the time I entered until I went the back was vey kind and professional.

Thank you Dr Ross and Team. As an adult, I was a little skeptical about wearing braces. I chose the metal and had no problems. Dr Ross and team were always so nice and very friendly. I went in to speak to them about switching from Invisalign to braces and they were well understanding and switched me over right away with no complaints or anything they were so nice and understanding gentle as well asking how I was doing it was a great experience

We started coming to DRO in 2019, both of our kids found the office very fun. Dr Ross and his team made the experience for each kid an adventure and something they never dreaded. Michael got his braces off first and after being so self conscious of his teeth he finally got to see the finished result and truly smiled showing off his gorgeous smile!

These I think 2 years I’ve had braces were amazing. Everytime I came for my appointment they were excited to see me, and see the progress of how the braces worked. They did a really good job getting my teeth straight and my teeth were messed up.

We love Dr. Ross orthodontics! Everyone has always been friendly and helpful. Any issues (being poked by a wire, bracket popping off, etc) were dealt with either the same day or first thing the next morning. Dr. Ross explained what was going each visit on throughout the entire process. He made me feel like my opinion mattered and cared about my input. It was a great experience.
