Both of my children had braces with David Ross. Very happy with the product quality, staff, and service. Always friendly people, convenient, and respectful of our time.

We knew from the time her adult teeth were coming in my oldest would need braces due to crowding. We have absolutely live the DRO staff, and office space. We have always been kept “in the loop” with her care and been able to make totally informed decisions based off the information from staff. We love the office, it is always clean and welcoming. Affordable in house financing and payment options have also been a huge help for our family.

Ross Orthodontics does an outstanding job creating a fun experience for kids. All of the employees are great and explain everything they are doing to both the parents and kids. We couldn’t ask for a better place to go!

The staff at David Ross Orthodontics always treats Chloe with compassion and explains procedures to ease her anxiety and fears. They are always willing to answer questions I have as a parent. Awesome practice!

Since my first initial appointment at Dr. Ross office. I was treated with love and kindness from the door. All the staff including Dr. Ross are very professional, kind, and have a great sense of humor. Each step you take during you journey, and service they walk you through and let you know what’s going on step by step. The office is clean, environment is comfortable, it’s like going to a love one’s home feeling welcomed with open arms. Today, I started my Invisalign journey, and I am so glad I decided to choose Dr. Ross office. Thank you to Holly for all her patience and assistance while I learn the new steps of my healthy smile journey.

Welcoming staff that is very great at making patients feel comfortable. Anytime there was an issue they could see me very quickly. They really changed my confidence and gave me a beautiful smile.

Dr. Ross and all his staff members did a fantastic job with all 3 of my kids. They are very experienced in the work they do. Dr. Ross makes the experience fun for the kids! They offer a convenient affordable monthly payment.

My personal experience with David Ross has been simple, organized, and compassionate. The staff are kind and courteous. The attention to detail is noteworthy- appointment reminders via various means, the check in process, and the radios for subtle communication are all above par. Wait times are short as their time is just as important as their patients. The financial aspect of meeting people where they are in their finances and working in house to make orthodontics affordable at all income levels is something I hope more practices in the healthcare industry will adapt. Money is a huge factor in most lives, whether you are well off or are barely make ends meet. Having a smile that you are comfortable sharing with the world and making means of proper dental hygiene affordable is what David Ross is about. Above all the dental staff takes genuine care of their patients and their families. They send you home with not only the education and materials you need to succeed in your dental journey, but with the confidence that you are truly being taken care of by good, trustworthy people. 10/10 would recommend.

The David Ross team is awesome! The atmosphere in the office is a lot of fun and it helps make my children comfortable when we come in. My son got braces out on and it was a great experience. Everything with my son was extremely professional! Any time we had an issue, it was taken care of very quickly. They helped our schedule work with 2 kids in braces and always made the appointments the same time! Definitely would recommend!

It was wonderful. I was a little hesitant at first to get invisalign clear aligners but I am so glad I did. The overall treatment took a little over a year and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I would recommend David Ross Orthodontics to anyone who is interested in getting braces. The staff was always friendly and made me feel comfortable. In addition, the appointment options were very convenient and the front end staff always worked with my schedule. Dr. Ross provides excellent quality of care. Dr. Ross and his entire staff are very knowledgeable and professional, while providing a fun and laid back atmosphere that is especially appealing to kids and teens. My son has been a patient since age six for orthodontic issues and because I was very happy with his treatment and care, I also am now a patient! Dr. Ross and his team work together to make a plan of care that is individualized for each patient and no detail goes missed during the process. The facility is bright and upbeat. Everything is very clean and sanitary. They always have fun contests and are constantly giving back to the community. I highly recommend Dr. Ross to anyone in need of orthodontic care.
