Our experience at David’s Ross has been wonderful. All orthodontic assistants have been patient and warm. Dr. Ross is a fantastic orthodontist. The office is fun for kids including giving prizes, T-shirt’s, and other fun rewards.

The people in the MD office are nice. We had a bit of some errors with payments at first and issues from the PA office calling. This is our 3 time at the MD office. Hopefully every thing will work out fine.

Dr. Ross and his staff bend over backward to ensure that everything is as easy and convenient as possible. I love that I can text questions and get responses by text- it allows me to communicate concerns and get answers to questions without sitting on the phone while working. They are friendly and treat Wyatt with respect.

Came in for a regular check up and finally got put on the power chain for the upper row of my teeth. My clinical assistant Ashley did an amazing job keeping me comfortable and made me feel secure with my teeth without judging for not brushing as good as I would like to lol. David Ross and his staff always give great service and support for my dental health.
