Wonderful experience. I’ve had braces multiple times by various orthodontists. However, this process has been my favorite. No complaints from me. The staff members were helpful and friendly. In addition, the actual building was clean and organized. Continue the great work! I will recommend anyone with orthodontic needs/desires to this establishment!

Both of my children receive orthodontic services here. All staff has been very kind and patient with my kids. I was never pressured to commit to services. When we decided to pursue a palate expander and braces (for 2 kids), we were able to finance the services with no interest after they worked with my insurance to lower the price. Both kids look forward to attending orthodontist appointments because they like spinning the wheel for a prize after the appointment and because staff treats them so well.

For our first experience with child orthodontics, our experience with Dr. Ross and staff of Orthodontic Dental Assistants was topnotch. They treated my daughter at each visit like she was the only one there with attentiveness and professionalism. She was spoken to as a partner in her treatment, and they made sure she understood each step in her treatment plan. When Phase II of her orthodontic plan starts, we already know she will have another great experience.

I brought my son in to be examined for braces. It was a great experience from the moment we walked into the office. The decor is super inviting and everyone has a huge welcoming smile on their faces that you can see even though they have on face masks. We were venturing into unknown territory so the last thing you want is to not be heard or to feel like the team you’re entrusting your child’s smile to doesn’t care. David Ross and all of his employees care. Our team of ladies that were helping us, from the lady at the front desk to the lady that took X-rays to the ladies that cleaned and did the next steps, one I know was Candace, were all super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we understood and were comfortable.

Wonderful experience, very friendly and professional staff, made me and my son feel extremely welcome. I hope our next visit is just like this.
