We had originally been visiting another office before switching and very glad we did. David Ross Orthodontics has been super welcoming and helpful with our daughter's teeth. The office is bright and welcoming. Equally the people working there are super professional and extremely helpful, explaining every part of the process. My daughter actually looks forward to her visits. Great place if you need ortho work.

Yesterday I met with Alex for my Invisalign introduction and install. She was very informative and patient. I loved how she explained every step before she did it. I was not caught off guard and I knew what to expect. That put me at ease. Then both doctors came by to visit before I left. I love that they are so hands on. Great place to go.

Dr. Ross' office is conveniently located near I-83, I-695 and I-795. There is ample free parking on the lot. The office is handicap accessible. Once inside, the atmosphere is always bright, comfortable and smells fresh. His staff is friendly and will always do whatever possible to meet your scheduling and billing needs. For the most part you will have an assigned Dental Assistant; I love that because it helps to form more of a personal relationship for your ortho care desires. My D.A. is Candace, she has helped to take the edge off the nervousness I feel when receiving dental work. We laugh, enjoy the visit and in the end she helps me choose my band colors. Now about Dr. Ross, let me tell you there is no other Orthodontist in the area that is as kind and caring - that is my opinion, but this is also my review... lol Due to other health concerns I have had braces on and off a few times. Having had three other ortho Dr's in that area I am a pretty (and I do mean pretty) good person to ask about an ortho doc. Dr. Ross is patient and has always done what is in my best interest, even when I'm being a pain. I can guarantee you will not find better quality of care plus convenience, comfort AND cost-effective anywhere else in the area. I bet you my beautiful smile that you will not regret the services you receive for both adults and children. I hope my review helps to make your decision easier. Happy mouth!!!

David Ross Orthodontist is a great place. Both our sons have needed braces and we brought both boys there. They did a great job! Everybody is beyond kind and patient! Tyler I'd on his second phase and he just got his braces on yesterday and they were awesome once again! Also I think its pretty awesome that Dr. Ross goes out of his way to call in the evening just to check up and make sure your kids are doing ok after getting the braces put on! I will always bring my kids here and I definitely highly recommend this place!!

Each visit with the team at David Ross Orthodontics has been stellar. Our preferred time of visit is usually met so it works with our schedule, and the given length of an appointment is realistic that we finish either ahead or right on time. The most important aspect of our time at David Ross Orthodontics is the careful, caring and professional care our child receives. The team each visit continues the rapport with our daughter so she immediately feels comfortable with the visit's goal. Our daughter receives all the focus so she feels looked after and heard. Finally, the team makes sure she and I understand any new instructions so we feel confident continue the care at home.

Soon as I walked in they greeted me and made me feel comfortable. Then I didn’t even have to wait long in the waiting area. Once I got in the back the wonderful team member who did my work made me comfortable she told me step by step what she was going to do which made me feel good because I was so nervous to get my braces. I will recommend anyone here they are definitely a good vibe and friendly place.

I have been in the market for braces for a few months now. The consultation with Dr. Ross and his team was my 3rd and final consultation. The office is fun and vibrant, the staff is pleasant and knowledgeable, and Dr. Ross charted a plan for success while considering all potential concerns at the outset. Having had metals braces and clear aligners previously, it was apparent that he was well-versed in his ability to provide optimal treatment. Professional, great customer service and friendly! We walked into David Ross Orthodontist and was greeted with big smiles. From the front desk to the Dr himself, everyone pronounce my daughter name correctly(she has an untraditional name) that spoke volumes that they made it a point to make sure everyone greeted her stating her full name. Emily assisted us with an full detail explanation of the service provided. Dr. Ross entered the room and engaged in full conversation with us. This visit was just for a consultation but we ended up moving forward with the same day braces treatment service. I will recommend everyone I know to this orthodontist.
