Gina provides the highest level of patient care. Gina's genuine concern for the patient's comfort begins when she calls your name and greets you with her engaging smile. She takes the time to discuss the protocol and answer all questions one may have and clarifies whatever may not be understood. Having Gina remain in the treatment room during the blu-light procedure, gave me the reassurance I desired. This is the second blu light treatment where I have been care for by Gina. An asset to the DLVS team.

Hello, I would just like to say how pleased I am with my care and your staff. After years of misery, Dr Kasari finally found out the cause and now I have relief. He's great and everyone is so friendly. They make me feel welcome. Special shout out to Shelley. She has never let me down. If I need something, I call. She returns my calls in the most timely manner, and has been a huge help with RX issues. Your staff is the best. Thank you Shelley for all you have do!!

The office is clean and welcoming with friendly, helpful staff. My appointment with the nurse and PA, Aaron, was professional and comfortable. I would recommend this office and competent providers to my family and friends. I will return to this practice.

Valarie was super fabulous. Her treatment and care she exhibited to my son and I was great. She took time to understand the issues and offer solutions. She also understood famine issues that could be presenting the issue and offered a fix but also cared enough to say call her if we need to seek our other alrernatives... I will definitely be back to see her again.

I had and always have an excellent experience with DLV. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and when making an appointment, the desk staff are very helpful. I love Dr. Kosari! He is always such a pleasure to see and really listens to you and spends time with you.

I recently had the pleasure of being a new patient at this amazing dermatology office. When I called to make my appointment, I explained that I was visiting my daughter from out of state and would only be in town for a few more days. I called this particular practice on the recommendation of my daughter and my daughter-in-law who are current patients and have been extremely pleased with the care they’ve received. From the moment my call was answered, I felt confident that I had made the right decision in choosing this practice. The receptionist was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and professional. She made an appointment for me the very next morning and also gave me impeccable directions to their location. I arrived about 10 minutes early for my appointment to start filling out paperwork, and was called into the exam room exactly on time. As an RN for the past 42 years, I am extremely aware of details in a medical office. The entire suite was scrupulously clean and organized; every staff member I came in contact with had a genuine smile on their face and a welcoming attitude. Upon entering the exam room, I was greeted by Jessica, CNA, who took a my history and again, was extremely friendly, warm, knowledgeable, and professional. Within minutes, I met Dr. Payman Kasari who was my practitioner. Dr Kasari is AMAZING! I have seen at several dermatologists over the years for different procedures including multiple treatments for basal and squamous cell CA, and malignant melanomas, and I can honestly say this physician is the BEST. His bedside manner was outstanding and his technique for my procedure was absolutely painless. I never felt rushed and every question I had was answered. I know this is a very lengthy review, but I can’t speak highly enough about the Dermatology, Laser, and Vein Specialists of the Carolinas. I highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for the very best in dermatological care. I certainly won’t hesitate to drive the five-hour one-way trip back for any rechecks and follow-up care. And I think that says it all!

I love all the staff. As soon as I come in, Balerie greets me and helps me check in. Check in is always efficient and swift. Balerie always asks how I am doing and about my family. Love her! Any questions I have I call Ursha. What a wonderful person. So informed. All of this keeps me returning to DVLS!
