I've been to a lot of doctor's offices in my life and the staff at this one is AWESOME! The BEST I've ever seen. They're thoughtful, caring and empathetic toward patients AND have the knowledge/experience to treat tough cases. In particular, Dr. Kosari was able to successfully treat my condition where 3 other dermatologists couldn't.

Loved the new nurse that we saw today and the “energy” she had. Very easy to talk to and felt comfortable with her. (Just wish I had gotten her name). Always enjoy Mr Blackmer and his genuine interest in our boys and their care.

THere is definitely a concern for the patient and time is given as needed, no pressure to get you in and out. I have always felt like I was given the time needed. Care has always been excellent, quality is excellent, even admired by other doctors and nurses out of the county. I have always felt comfortable , in the waiting room, in the patient room and with the doc and nurse. I have recommended this office to many as well as my family Even though I have had some disappointing results, it has always been taken care caring for any vanity one might have, good results, great treatment, caring and efficient. Thank you, moving but always coming back.

absolutely the best people to care for your skin. I have been a patient of DLVS for 4 years. Their care and professionalism is first rate. They go the extra mile to work out any issues with your insurance company and your pharmacy. Shelly, their patient care coordinator, is the best advocate a patient can have. I would not trust any other practice with my dermatology issues.

My experience has been excellent. I was sent by my previous dermatologist for a procedure he did not do. While there for my first visit, Valerie biopsied an area of concern. The pathology showed squamous cell cancer. MOHS surgery was performed 2 weeks ago, and stitches removed today. Another spot was noted that was not present when the surgery was done. The office was most accommodating and I was able to see Valerie and another biopsy was done. I am awaiting pathology report and anticipate another MOHS surgery. All of the staff including check in staff, scheduling, all of the medical assistants, and Dr. Munnavalli have all been very professional, pleasant, and committed to quality service and excellent outcomes. AND, I had no special care because I am a doctor! Valerie has a pleasant personality, and always explains what she is doing. Highly recommended.

My quality of care was excellent. The entire staff(front desk, checkout, scheduling, nursing, physician) seemed to work as a team to make sure that I felt informed and comfortable. I was given explicit written and/or oral information about pre and post-operative procedures and guidelines. Dr. Kosari and his nursing staff let me know exactly what was happening during the actual procedure which reduced stress level and apprehension. As far as positive results, I haven't completed my post-op checkups, but I am feeling well and have not experienced any unexpected negative outcomes. I am hoping for a good report at my final appointment.
