Ours was just a small job - fixing a scratch/crack on the top of a 25 year old fiberglass tub. We were very satisfied with Bryan’s prompt response to our initial enquiry, with the simple procedure of taking photos and sending them to him for assessment and competitive cost, with his punctual arrival, with the speedy and professional job he did. All round, an excellent experience! We cannot see where the crack once was! And he was so pleasant to work with. We highly recommend Bryan and his family company.

I have an old bathtub in my old house and instead of gutting the whole bathroom I decided to renew its function and features while preserving the old. Fox Valley bathtub refinishing was the final project after cleaning/grouting the tile and the new shower trim. Bryan did a super great job to make the bathtub white and bright again! He was very detail oriented and took his time. A great value and I am very pleased.

I contacted Fox Valley about refinishing a bathtub that was over 80 years old etched and discolored. I was promptly contacted and sent in some pictures of the tub. Very nice looking when finished, looked like we had brand new countertops/sinks! Loved the white sand style we picked. Has an elegant textured surface. Much less expensive than installing brand new countertops. Had a very comfortable feeling with our technician, knowledgeable and friendly.

Fox Valley Bathtub Refinishing is a very reputable company. When we contacted them, they responded quickly, explained their process, and were upfront with cost and procedure. We wanted our current turquoise bathtub painted white. When we spoke to them, they explained the reglazing process and we spoke on the phone as well as texts several times . Bryan was very patient with us and answered every question we had. We were emailed a contract providing pertinent information and going into each and every detail. Bruce completed the work and our bathtub looks beautiful and brand new!! He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Also, Bruce was very careful to cover snd protect all of our walls, sink, vanity, etc. during the process. Brian was on time explained the repair process completed the process on time. The bathroom sinks and counter top went from spider cracks to looking brand new. This repair saved several thousand dollars compared to new counter top. Brain cleaned up like he was never there. The top and sinks look outstanding. November 2021

We had a great experience with Fox Valley. Bryan and his dad are very trustworthy and professional to work with. We had a shower and a tub/shower combo done and they turned out great. Refinishing the existing fixtures was a great option for us during our bathroom renovation, rather than replacing them completely. They look like brand new now. We were scheduled to have a soaking tub and tile surround done as well, but Bryan was honest enough to advise us that the tile and grout were in terrible shape and it wouldn’t be good to refinish it. We are so appreciative to work with such honest people, when others may have just done the job anyway. We are going to re-tile the surround and then have Bryan come back for the tub later. Overall, we are very happy with our experience with Fox Valley and highly recommend their services!
