Honestly, this was an amazing experience. Bruce was the gentlemen that refinished my shower tiles and tub. He was very kind and professional. The re finishing turned out absolutely beautiful. He informed me on how properly care for my tub and what to do and not do. The quality is extremely worth the price it cost. I highly recommend to everyone. I couldnt have asked for a better experience and such kind service.

My shower looks amazing! Bryan told me what he was doing and how long it would take. Recommended the color which of course was the right choice!There were instructions on how to clean and take care of the shower, but went over it again! I am really happy with the results!

Fox Valley came to my home to refinish my bathtub. After doing an amazing job cleaning my 40 year old tub, Brian said he didn’t think refinishing was necessary. The tub looks brand new. Bruce did an excellent job describing the work to be done and then executing the job. The finished product is beautiful. He revived a 35 year old installation to almost new condition. We booked the job in October for the first week in January. They came out on the exact day quoted months earlier.

Wow!! I had a horrible 1970's yellow bathtub! From the first contact Bryan communicated with me immediately with any questions I had. Bryan's dad did the tub refinishing (I wish I could remember his name, but I'm just drawing at the moment), but I have to say he was the most congenial contractor I've ever worked with. He was professional and informative and even tho he was in my small bathroom for a couple hours he always made sure he wasn't in the way of me getting through the hallway. The refinishing is beautiful and they matched a custom color for me perfectly! I have dreaded that bathroom since I move in, but now I love it. Reasonable price, Top Quality results!!!

I moved into an older townhouse in St Charles that had a very blue bathtub. The tub was in good shape, just a bad color. I called Fox Valley bathtub refinishing and Bryan came over to take a look and give me an estimate. We also discussed doing my kitchen counter tops which were a gray/green color but in pretty good shape. I decided to hire Bryan for both the tub and countertops. Bryan and his dad came to work on both. The tub turned out perfectly, so happy with it. There was an issue with the countertop but Bryan, true to his word, came back twice to fix what I didn't like and just kept telling me " we will get this right". That to me is just great customer service and will keep me a loyal customer. I am very happy with the countertop now and would highly recommend Fox Valley bathtub refinishing to anyone looking for a home improvement without breaking the bank !

We are very happy with our bathtub refinishing. The service was great, the tub looks like new, and the cost was less than quoted.

Bryan came out explained the process that they would use to refinish our bathtub. He explained in detail all the steps that he would do and what we had to do before they arrive. In addition an email followed with all the instructions that he would do and how long it would take and the processes that would take place. Once they arrived there was no resting, all the processes explained were put into action. It took about five hours and our tub came out beautiful. We had this done by another company about 5 years ago, there was no comparison. The tub was smooth, the color was perfect and the completed job was great..Our tub looks new, like we just had it replaced. Our bathroom was left clean, mirrow washed, cabinets and floors were shinning. It was well job well done. Five stars for sure.
