It was absolutely awesome!! They came in the first time I was scheduled and said that all the work wouldn’t be good if I had didn’t do some other prep work first. They were very up front and honest with me. I really appreciated that!! They came in and did VERY professional work and cleaned up afterwards AND made sure that I understood how to take care of my newly refinished tub/tile. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

I found the company on line , called & spoke to Brian regarding having my porcelain bath tub restored , explained the best of could what the tub looked like , did send Brian the picture of the tub as requested , I received a call back from Brian stating that the company would be able to restore it, confirmation letter with instructions. Etc signed on line .date/time set for project. Received a call from the tech Bruce on day of project informing me that he would be arriving on time . Bruce was very personable , knowledgeable about the whole process , after explaining the anti slip process I did decide to add that to the restoration . Before he left Bruce thoutoughly exained how to care for the tub now & after it cures , written information was also provided & stated that I could call the company if I had any questions @ any time. FYI, Bruce took great care in taping everything up , and shop vacuumed when done. It’s 1 week today and I am totally in love with my tub ! Looks brand new , I really like the anti slip ! I definitely recommend fox valley bathtub refinishing .

Did a quality, professional job on my cast iron tub and shower pan. Looks great! Did this for resale of home. Had a cast iron tub in good shape. Not cheap but easier to do. Only one problem, you left the upstairs window open! Luckily no bats, birds, or rain.

Bryan was on time, professional and very neat throughout the entire process of refinishing my tub and surround. I am so please with the result - it's like I have a brand new bathroom at a fraction of the cost. If you are in need of refinishing services, look no further!

Brian was straight forward to work with and reasonably priced. But their workmanship is far above average. They repaired rust on a cast iron tub and it looked BETTER than new! We will use Fox Valley again!

Had been putting off getting our basement shower refinished for a while and finally gave in and contacted Fox Valley bathtub refinishing after a friend showed me their Facebook page. I'm very happy I did, I have a tendency of asking a lot of questions when having work done to my home. Arrived on time, did a very professional job! Very happy with my two tubs. I had a small issue a few days later and Bryan arrived within 45 min. Of my call. Fix it in a jiffy!! Very satisfied.

I have waited to write this review so that I could talk a bit about how the finish has performed after I used the tub. Several weeks in, I am quite pleased because the tub has much more style than anything I had considered purchasing but looks brand new.
