I’ve always had difficulty going to a dentist, but this office makes it as painless as possible. The entire office works to put you at ease, the cleanings, although thorough, are relatively painless. I have a large procedure planned for my next visit, but do not have the anxiety I would normally experience.

My family and I have been going to Gallery 57 dental since 2014 when we moved back to New York. It’s one of the best referrals I’ve ever received. Dr Koenigsberg (also know as Dr K) takes excellent care of my whole family: my husband who has had complex dental issues and my young daughter who’s teeth have been very well cared for since she was a toddler. My husband and I both both have had dental emergencies in the last few years. Dr K and his staff have gone above and beyond to help us. For me, Dr K called an endodentist colleague to see me before office hours the following day and perform and emergency root canal so I could make a business trip later that day! Most recently my husband’s front tooth (crown) accidentally broke off on a summer Friday before our vacation. Not only did Dr K see us straight away, he stayed late to fix the tooth and wait for my husband to return from an emergency foot canal of the tooth so he could re attach the tooth! He truly saved our vacation as it was a front tooth! The practice is like trusted family to me. Dr K, The hygienists, the young Dr K (Rebecca his daughter) and everyone on staff are excellent practitioners but more important, they care about you as a person. I am grateful that we can count on them always!

I have been a patient of Dr Orlando and his team for six years and the care and treatments I have received have been nothing short of exceptional. I came to Dr. O after not having seen a dentist for a decade - he didn't judge or chastise me for neglecting my teeth, he was caring and easy-going and offered treatments that brought my oral health right up to date. I have had several fillings, 2 wisdom extractions, a crown and repair of receding gums - all performed with true excellence and completely pain free. I have sensitive teeth and tmj and the doc and his team have always gone the extra mile to calm my nerves and make me comfortable. I recently completed a course of Invisalign and highly recommend it - after just a 17 week treatment I don't just have beautiful straight teeth, I've also experienced a 90% reduction in pain from TMJ and teeth grinding. After decades of neck pain - spending thousands on massage and chiropractic treatments for tension in my jaw and neck and developing gastritis due to the amount of ibuprofen I took - I'm experiencing an almost total abatement of symptoms. It's changed my quality of sleep, it's helped me deal with stress and it's almost cured neck and jaw pain I've been dealing with for decades. It's a miracle cure as far as I'm concerned and I can't recommend Dr. Orlando highly enough!

I’m a long time client of Dr K, and am always pleased by the quality of care I receive. The front desk staff is stellar, helpful and friendly. The dental hygienists are very skilled (I’m not an easy teeth-cleaning pt) and always do their best to ensure that I get a thorough cleaning, answer my questions & offer helpful tips on oral hygiene. The new COVID guidelines in the office that I’ve seen first hand are very efficient and seem to be working very well, I will be continuing with Gallery 57, even during this difficult time.

Dr. Balaouris is a genius. He fixed what needed to be done, no more, no less quickly with no pain! The staff is fabulous too.

Dr. Robert Rawdin has been my dentist for more than 25 years. I am a terrible patient -- terrified of dentists and all dental work because I have a very low pain threshhold, but Dr. Rawdin always makes me feel at ease, and I never feel pain. I'm even terrified of novocaine injections! Over the years, he's put crowns on all my top teeth, bridgework, etc., and I couldn't be happier with his work. I even had an emergency during this trying coronavirus period, and Dr. Rawdin was there to help me and take care of my problem. All the rest of his staff is also very professional, friendly, and efficient. I am very grateful to have Dr. Robert Rawdin and the Gallery57 Dental staff to turn to for my dental needs.

They do it all and do it extremely well. First went to Dr. Rawdin with tooth pain that my previous dentist wasn't sure how to treat. Dr. Rawdin knew exactly how to proceed and corrected a problem that had been lingering for weeks. Since then I've had teeth filled, crowns placed, etc. Each and every time I was so well taken care of. Presently, I can't tell which one of my teeth have the crowns and which do not. That is how great the work is. The office staff is efficient, professional and nice. The dental hygienists are well trained and very informative. The teeth cleaning they do is beyond compare. Elena is extremely attentive and always listens to my concerns. Their services are expensive but worth every single penny.
