I have suffered through horrible dental care for years. I finally landed in the care of Dr. Orlando and realized that I can actually have an amazing experience at a dental office. The care put in is truly amazing, I felt no pain (a first) and actually felt relaxed during my visit starting with the front desk, the assistants and Dr. Orlando. I had a crown put in in ONE DAY. Not 5 visits, no excruciating pain. This was the best dental experience I ever had.

Seeing Dr. Orlando at Gallery57Dental has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. After being fitted for an oversized, uncomfortable night guard by a previous dentist, Dr. Orlando came highly recommended as someone who could offer a slimmer and more comfortable alternative. And he did! Dr. Orlando's ultimate goal was to make sure that my teeth remain healthy and that I am comfortable with my new night guard. And we worked on it together until it was right. The office has an in house lab, so rather than needing to send it off to an outside lab, my night guard was prepared in the same office and was ready for me in a just a few days rather than weeks! In addition to the lab, the office also has the latest equipment. In fact, I recently chipped a tooth, but it could not be seen with naked eye. But I knew it was there. Thanks to Dr. Orlando taking my concern seriously, and with the use of their high-zoom camera, Dr. Orlando was able to locate the chip and repair it to prevent further damage. To top it all, everyone in the office - from Doctor to Hygienist to the Receptionist: Everyone is professionalI, proficient, warm, and personable. I cannot recommend Dr. Orlando and this office enough.

Dr. Orlando and Elena are THE BEST! They're top notch professionals. The devices and systems are also very high-tech, which improves the dental experience. And on top of all that, the whole Gallery 57 Dental team (from the receptionists to the Doctor) always make me feel welcome. Thanks for the years of great check-ups!

Great office. Never have to wait for my appointment, wonderful hygienist (Donna), great dentist (have been using Dr. Balaouras forever). Don't look to do work on your teeth that isn't necessary but when I have needed crowns they were wonderful; don't even know where they are in my mouth. Even have People magazine in the waiting room. What more can you ask for?

Leaving Gallery 57 today filled me with such a good feeling. Aside from my teeth and mouth feeling clean and worked on by a wonderful dental hygienist, I had a filling replaced and a crown put in - all in one visit! I trust my dentist, Dr. Koenigsberg and know that I have wonderful care. I am deeply appreciative.

The warmest doctor experience I have ever had. From Diana to Donna to Dr. Rebecca, everyone treated me like family right from the start--totally putting me at ease. I'm actually looking forward to returning in 6 months! Who can say that about a dentist appointment??

I love Gallery57. Everyone who works there is so nice and friendly. My hygenist Elena was great, it was one of the best teeth cleanings I have ever had and she was so informative explaining my X-rays and best practices to me. Dr. Koenigsberg and Dr. Rebecca are the most skilled and knowledgeable dentists I have ever been too. Will be a lifetime patient for sure!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. K and the quality of his work! He's fixed my two front teeth...they look amazing! In addition, he's fitted me with crowns and an implant. Again, in a word - QUALITY. His office and staff are exceptionally professional....Elle at the front desk, truly is the most professional and caring person you could ask for. I seldom write reviews such as this, however, Dr. K, Elle and staff are truly worthy of a glowing review.

Dear Dr. Koenigsberg and Gallery57Dental staff, I want to thank you for coming to my rescue during my recent trip to New York. After fracturing my front veneer just before boarding my flight to New York from Cleveland, I was fearful that my appearance would spoil my entire trip. How lucky for me that a friend from Cleveland suggested that I contact your office before boarding the plane. I was astonished at how efficiently and courteously Denise managed to get me into your office two hours after I landed in New York. Dr. Koenigsberg, his knowledgeable assistant Michelle and his amazing in-house lab were able to restore my smile within a matter of hours with a Porcelain Cerec Veneer. What could have been a nightmarish trip turned into a very satisfying experience. I am eternally grateful that the entire episode was so quick, efficient and pleasant.

Dr. Orlando was incredibly calm, patient, and kind to me. He and amazing patient support specialist El were able to see me for a new patient evaluation and dental whitening within one hour of my first phone call to their office. I felt like I was given the royal treatment. As soon as I arrived I was greeted with smiles and offered tea. The waiting room was quiet and comfortable and the wait time to be seen was minimal. Dr. Orlando took the time to answer all of my many questions. He described all of the benefits and risks of the procedure and addressed all of my concerns. Dental specialists Diana and Jackie could not have been kinder to me during my dental whitening procedure. They were not only efficient and highly competent but also incredibly kind and patient and held my hand and comforted me. I am so happy that I found Gallery 57 Dental and highly recommend this facility without hesitation!

I am a loyal patient of the dental practice and in particular of Dr. Orlando. I did every type of dental surgery, from simple cleaning to root canal and implantation and I can confirm that I didn't feel the slightest pain during the procedures and later. I recommend Dr. Orlando for his professionalism, skill and respect for his patients. My best experience was with the implants. I arrived in the studio scared of what I would have had, but the surgery went beyond my best expectations. I did three implants simultaneously without feeling the slightest pain. I have not had bleeding, nor swelling, and above all no pain. I recommend Dr. Orlando for any kind of procedure you need to do.

The best dentists in New York, or anywhere. Dr. Balaouris is expert in all aspects of care. He and his assistants do the work with maximum comfort and convenience. His care from routine cleaning to complicated restorations and everything in between is unequaled IMO.

I was recommended by a friend to see Dr Rawdin after a bad former dental procedure. The entire care and atmosphere at Gallery57Dental is like day and night from my last experience. Dr Rawdin and his staff have been very careful, kind and on target. I have had several dental procedures all with no pain , during or after.

I would like to start of by saying that the employees at Gallery Dental was very professional and customer service orientated. From the time I entered the serve was consistent and inviting. Moreover I must say that I admire Dr.Orlando's care for his patients. This was my first time and it was mind blowing with his charisma and care. Dr.Oralndo is patient, humble, and recommends great advise any procedure that has to be completed. Dr.Orlando is blessed by God with the work that he does. I believe he has a great desire for the amazing work he contributes and make patients feel painless as possible. The dental assistant/tech ( I don't recall her name) who was assisting Dr.Orlando on my two visits was phenomenal she explained everything about my procedure. The dental hygienist, Elena, was thorough, gentle and effective. I appreciated that she explained what she was doing before hand and made me feel comfortable throughout the cleaning. After the cleaning, she instructed me on how to improve my flossing technique and how to use a mini 'in between' brush. Two days later, my gums feel so much better and my teeth are still shiny.

My experience at Gallery57Dental has always been spectacular. The hygienists are friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. They talk you through anything they are doing so you fully understand what is going to take place. They even check your insurance before doing anything to ensure you are covered. Dr. Orlando is also always incredibly friendly and thoughtful about anything that he'll suggest. I've been to a dentist before you who recommends a ton of different procedures just to make money, whereas Dr. Orlando and his team definitely put your health and the patient first in their practice.

Been going to Gallery 57 Dental for 10+ years, for everything from routine cleanings and checkups to crowns/restorations using their hi-tech CAD/CAM capability, root canals and implants. The staff, from the dentists to the assistants, hygienists, and receptionists are all skilled, helpful, welcoming, and friendly. Visiting the dentist is hardly ever something that you look forward to, but a trip to Gallery 57 Dental is about as close as you can come to a pleasant experience.

Eve did a whitening for me this morning. She was very sweet, saw me on time, and worked very efficiently. More than that, she constantly checked in about my comfort and immediately stopped and made adjustments when I was uncomfortable so that I would be comfortable enough before continuing the process.
