I almost look forward to a trip to the dentist to be in Lilly's and Dr. Rawdin's capable hands. My first encounter with Dr. Rawdin was after a dentist in another practice told me I would just have to live with a problem tooth. I switched dentists on the recommendation of a friend and Dr. Rawdin fixed the tooth so well that I know longer remember the tooth or the problem! They are professional and considerate. In fact, so is the entire staff. Today one of the staff patiently helped me figure out how to make latte on the office machine. And it was good! I don't know whether the helpfulness comes from trickle down or trickle up, but whatever the source, the effect is palpable.

My experience was very positive. My teeth were cleaned thoroughly and the visit was efficient. Everyone who worked there was professional and nice.

Prior to seeing Dr. Orlando, I had some extensive dental work done that was both painful and poorly done. I was left with multiple crowns that were going to have to be replaced well before their intended life span. I was having complications, and needed a new dentist to help resolve the problems. My oral surgeon recommended Dr. Orlando. So far he has replaced two of the crowns that need to be replaced. I have a crazy work schedule, and when my old crowns became painful, he went above and beyond to get me in right away, without having to miss work. During the procedures both Dr. Orlando and his assistants/technicians were extremely attentive, professional, and efficient. Everyone involved took the time to explain exactly what they were doing and why they were doing it. Alll of my questions were answered with detail and patience. I am greatfull for the quality of care, and attention to detail.

Had three front top teeth crowned today. ---all done in one day...highly impressed with office and staff. Dr. Sam made me comfortable immediately and I felt not one bit of pain.. From start to finish... An extended visit but when I left the office I was ready to go out to dinner...My smile says it all. Way to go Dr. Sam!

The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the doctor is informative, knowledgeable and patient. The office is extremely high tech and advanced. I definitely recommend this office for all your dental needs.

Gallery 57 Dental is without a doubt the most upscale, responsive, and professional practice I have ever been with. Over the years I have had some serious periodontal and dental work done by their competent team led by Dr. Konisberg. For anyone who might have even the slightest reluctance to visit a dentist, or even have a dental phobia, this practice will make your fears dissolve. Gallery 57 Dental is as close to "painless" dentistry as you can expect. Michele my technician, who cleans my teeth is superb and thorough... I recommend her without any reservation.

Very professional office with the best most gentle dentists and dental technicians. I can tell you from my personal experience that they are great at what they do. My procedures were painless and fast. Would highly recommend.

Start to finish this was by far the most pleasant NYC dental experience I have ever had. From the ladies at the front desk, to the hygienist (I had Michelle who was awesome!), to Dr. Orlando- nothing but professionalism. I, like many others, am really not a fan of the dentist. Here, I was immediately put at east when I walked in. Clean, comfortable atmosphere with state of the art equipment. Michelle even put on the perfect Pandora station for me to ease my anxieties while she gave me my thorough (but gentle) cleaning. Other dentists have really taken me for a ride in terms of procedures, injections, rinses and treatments that I probably didn't need! Dr. Orlando broke everything on my X-rays down for me, tried to sell me NOTHING, and then told me I was doing an excellent job with my home care. That was a first! Even though I am pretty fanatical about taking care of my teeth, I always seem to have left other appointments with all this pending "work" that needed to be scheduled, feeling rather defeated. Not this time! I whole heartedly recommend Dr. Orlando and his awesome staff.

Dr. Balaouras and his staff are unfailingly professional, courteous, and respectful of my time. They thoroughly explain every procedure, and the on-site lab means I can have a crown replaced in just one visit. I highly recommend him.

A visit to the dentist can actually be a nice experience. Reception is super friendly. The waiting area has coffee service and internet. My appointment was for 5pm and I was taken at 5pm. True. Elena did my cleaning and she kept making sure that I was comfortable and made nice conversation. Dr. Koenigsberg appeared right after the cleaning and addressed the remainder of my needs. Again, always attentive to my comfort and kept a nice conversation going. The office seems very efficient. Little wait time. And, there were parting gifts on the way out. Highly recommend !

I always have a great experience from both the dentist and hygienist when i come to Gallery57Dental. My hygienist takes their time to clean my teeth and provide tips on how to improve my daily brushing habits.

I have been going to Gallery57Dental for as long a I can remember. Dr. Koenigsberg is my go to dentist. My children are also patients. There is o better dental care than Gallery57 in NYC. Everything is state of the art and they are not alarmists but definitely proactive. I highly recommend this dental practice.

I needed a lot of work done, ffortunately, my Oral Surgeon recommended Dr. Orlando. At my first appointment, Dr. Orlando gave me a throughout cleaning. He's very patient and down to earth, because I asked him a ton of questions and especially how much my portions of the cost will be because I wanted to make sure that I can afford it. He gave me a thorough breakdown of the cost. I'm so grateful for his office staff, Valentine, whom help with the filing of my dental claims because we all know what a-pain-in-the-neck that can be. His assistant, Diana, is very nice and friendly. And so is the entire office staff, I never have a problem with scheduling. Also, Dr.Orlando works on every other Saturday, so that is convenient for my schedule. I'm 90% done with my dental work. I can't wait to show off my before and after teeth to my Oral Surgeon. I'm so glad that I took the plunge, because looking at the before picture of my teeth it was hideous. I'm very satisfied with the way my teeth look now. More importantly, 90% of my dental work was done within a 2-month span because this office has the most up-to-date technology, it's amazing. You have to see it to believe it.
