They made a good service & very good price.

Kevin and his staff were very compassionate and accommodating when I had to make arrangements for my husbands funeral. My husband looked so natural, Al did a beautiful job. Everyone at the service commented on how they loved the decor and that it did not feel like a cold and depressing funeral home. Their pricing is very reasonable, far less than others I had looked at. I would highly recommend Georgia Funeral Care.

At one of the most difficult and heartbreaking times of my life, the warm and compassionate people at FA Funeral Care made it somehow seem just a little less painful. The intimate facility and support of the fine people working there really went out of their way and held our hands when needed but gave full reign on how we wanted to honor our loved one. Your staff is outstanding in understanding how to accomplish the goals for the customer. I would recommend your services for anyone looking for a funeral care. I want to say that Georgia Funeral Care did a fantastic job. From coming to the home to pick up my grandmother- they allowed us all the time we wanted. The two gentlemen could not have been and kinder to caring. From going in to meet and make the arrangements, we had a lot of family members and Kevin and staff was wonderful and didn't try to over sell items not needed. The funeral and graveside was just beautiful. They even allowed me to do my grandmothers hair and makeup and was generous with my time they allowed me. I will have to say this is a wonderful facility and group of workers that go above and beyond to take care of everyone during a difficult time. I will use Georgia Funeral Care going forward for all my family needs.

We have used Georgia Funeral Care for three of our relatives. Two were burials and one was a cremation. They have always been extremely nice and understanding as well as responsive to our needs. Their approach to this necessary service has been much appreciated by our family. They have been easy to work with allowing us to have our own input into this sensitive process in our time of loss. It was a pleasure working with Kevin. He was so patient while answering all my questions. He went out of his way to track down my Mother's pre-paid insurance policy. There was always someone available to answer my questions when Kevin was not in the office. Thank you for all you did.

I was referred to Georgia Funeral Care by another funeral home since we were looking for a less expensive option. They were less expensive yes, but gave the same or greater level of attention of care, understanding and service! I can't say enough about Kevin and his team. We were considering shipping the body and Kevin was knowledgeable about the process and familiar with the destination providers. That was a BIG deal for us! From start to finish the process was clear. They always communicated and responded to our many questions with a return call or return text. Our experience was truly outstanding and we would not hesitate to use them and refer them to others in the future. A truly caring and awesome team!

From the first phone call, arranging my Dads request, Reed was so helpful and professional to me. Georgia Funeral Care shows true concern for the deceased family and shows respect for the deceased. Reed made this experience so much easier for me.

I was very pleased with your kindness and professionalism. You made a very difficult time as easy as possible. Although there was a mistake on the first death certificates you handled it quickly and efficiently. I also found your fees to be more reasonable than I had expected.

We shopped around for cremation prices and found them to be the best deal. Hesitant at first but after talking with them briefly, I felt confident they were the folks we wanted to handle our affairs. When the gentleman arrived to take my wife's body, he used a patch work quilt to cover her as he left. It was exactly the type of quilt she would of made, perfect... When following up to get the remains and the death certificates later, the staff was very understanding, respectful and honoring in a very sincere way. No up selling, no false concern, just good people treating you like they would their family.

I don't normally do reviews (because EVERYBODY wants one). But when the service is as exceptional as yours, I cannot refuse. I went into this whole experience not knowing what to expect. I had no idea what it would be like to work with you or your company, except for the sincere referral from Floyd Hospice over the phone from a person I'd never met. Your entire staff must understand this dilemma very well because I was extended a very calm, understanding, reassuring answer to my every question. Then to have my mother's ashes delivered to my home was the ultimate in going the extra mile. It was then that I finally met someone, a face with a name. Darrell, who I had talked to over the phone several times, delivered mom's ashes, offered comfort and assurance and answers to even more questions. We did have a difficulty getting copies of the death certificates. It took two months, partly due to my error in filling out the forms. They arrived today and I can now move forward with the many legal matters. Your organization should be proud of how you conduct a business relationship in the shadow of sorrow and uncertainty.
