The Agent I used was Elaine Modugno and she was the nicest, most knowledgeable and patient agent I have ever worked with. She was extremely helpful and when the one insurance denied me because of no fire hydrant within 1,000 feet, she immediately started the work to get me back with my previous insurance company. Thank you very much and I would encourage anyone to contact her to sit up your insurance policies.

This was one of the smoothes experiences I have encountered in a long time. Sandra asked all the detailed questions I needed and was able to explain different parts of the insurance policy. She saved me over 5k in home owners insurance. I have been with USAA in many facets of insurance, yet, it was time to change. Over insured cost me alot of money. When my current insurance rates couldnt be beat, I was told that too. Still saving me more money. Its really nice having a local agent that I can call and deal with.
