We have been with Great Florida since moving to Cape Coral 4-1/2 years ago. We have been receiving great insurance rates and exceptional customer service. We recently called and Mark Duzuani was extremely helpful to us with our somewhat urgent request. We had asked for a lien-holder to be added to our flood policy asap for a quickly approaching real estate transaction. He worked efficiently and effectively and all contact was been completely professional. For auto, home, flood and umbrella policy needs, Great Florida is “GREAT”!

Considering the fact that my previous home insurance was terminated due to bancrupcy of the insurance company it seemed to be mission impossible to get a contract with another company. Jeni of Great Florida Insurance managed to achieve the impossible in no time and could provide me a new contract. Chapeau!

Sandy was very quick to respond to all my questions and got back with quotes. We were able to cut our auto insurance almost in half, with the same coverages!! Also had good rates for motorcycle and umbrella policies. And to office is just 3 blocks from my house, so VERY convenient!!

My experience with Great Florida Insurance was wonderful. The coverage and price were excellent, but what really set the experience apart was the agent I worked with. Her name was Stephanie, and she works out of Ft. Myers. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help in whatever way possible. She truly went above and beyond my expectations. She is the kind of employee that business owners dream of, and she seems like a genuinely good person. When you’re in the business of selling insurance, that’s perhaps the most important trait that an agent can have.
