Truly outstanding. My home insurance, like many others, was cancelled (Florida!). My agent, Sandy Smith, understood the situation and took care of it immediately. As I was due to renew my auto insurance in the same time frame, Sandy looked into that as well. As a result I have improved insurance, and at a cheaper cost in both instances. In the case of the cars the cost savings are significant - again, with better coverage and with a well established, reliable company. Good people! Good service! I'm happy!

Sandy was again very quick with quotes for our homeowners insurance renewal (within 2 days). She went over each policy as she did last year. She explained the comparisons with the companies, as well as answered any questions I had. I will honestly tell you that I did call another agency to get a homeowners quote for comparison. It was the company I had my flood Insurance with for the past 16 years. After a month of waiting and contacting them several times I very polity explained they had a month to get me a quote and my policy is due soon, and I am no longer interested in obtaining a quote and that I will also will not be renewing my flood insurance with them. Again when I called Sandy she asked me for the papers needed. I had those to her in about 20 minutes and about a half hour later she called me with everything done. Both of my insurance are now renewed with your agency. And just so you know...Sandy is a keeper!! Thank You very much Cherene Corrinne

Excellent customer service response, particularly from Janey, who was very knowledgeable and willing to take her time and effort to patiently pass along that knowledge to us to help pick the best options for our home! And you would expect to pay more but in fact they had unbelievably great prices : saved us an actual $1500 a year!!
