Great Florida Insurance Agency is true to its name. They are in the words of Tony the Tiger, GRRRREEEAAAATT!!!!! My previous homeowner insurance carrier had raised my rate by a great deal, despite the fact that I have never filed a claim. I was in need of new insurance as my policy was due to expire on the day I contacted Great Florida Insurance Agency. Their agent worked hard and up to last minute up & past their closing time of 5pm to get me covered. Katherine was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Great Florida Insurance Agency and have been referring all my friends.

I called to check on our auto insurance which renews next week. We both have clean driving records, no accidents or tickets thankfully, but our auto premium went up about $260/semi-annually. Elaine was very attentive and took down the necessary info to shop other options. She called back quickly with a better quote, the same coverage and the premium only went up around $70/semi-annually. Elaine is friendly and efficient and took care of the entire change to our new auto policy within an hour! Outstanding customer service and very much appreciated!
