I worked with Sandy, who is very efficient and quick in responding to emails/calls. Obtaining the insurance thru Sandy has been the easiest part of buying/building a home in Florida. Cause no one else works as quickly as she does. She is very nice and I look forward to having a relationship with her. Once we are settled I will be in touch for auto insurance.

I called to check on our auto insurance which renews next week. We both have clean driving records, no accidents or tickets thankfully, but our auto premium went up about $260/semi-annually. Elaine was very attentive and took down the necessary info to shop other options. She called back quickly with a better quote, the same coverage and the premium only went up around $70/semi-annually. Elaine is friendly and efficient and took care of the entire change to our new auto policy within an hour! Outstanding customer service and very much appreciated!

For many years, I visited the Santa Barbara office for my Issuance documentation, at some point I was going to transfer all my stuff to another office because of the non professional team that I had to deal with . I am not really good with names, but I think his name was Mark. My credit card was stolen and it was the one that I was going to use for my insurance payment. I called to let them know and Mark was very compassionate. He said just call when you get the new one. I got the new one this morning and I called and talked with Mark, I hope that’s his name. He also assured me he was going to check with the company so that they had a new credit card number before they tried to put it on the old one. He really put my mind at ease. He is a good in customer service.

Maria, my agent with Great Florida Insurance, researched companies until she found the insurance I needed. It took a while because she was put on hold by other companies. I thought an agent would reach a real person sooner than I would but she was put on hold too. She continued to search until she was certain all my issues were resolved and at a good price. I feel I made a good choice.
