I called to check on our auto insurance which renews next week. We both have clean driving records, no accidents or tickets thankfully, but our auto premium went up about $260/semi-annually. Elaine was very attentive and took down the necessary info to shop other options. She called back quickly with a better quote, the same coverage and the premium only went up around $70/semi-annually. Elaine is friendly and efficient and took care of the entire change to our new auto policy within an hour! Outstanding customer service and very much appreciated!

Such a good experience when working with Elaine at the Santa Barbara location. Whether by phone or in person, she is friendly, courteous, & very helpful. And best of all, she follows through on whatever needs to be done in a timely fashion. I can always count on her.

For many years, I visited the Santa Barbara office for my Issuance documentation, at some point I was going to transfer all my stuff to another office because of the non professional team that I had to deal with . I am not really good with names, but I think his name was Mark. My credit card was stolen and it was the one that I was going to use for my insurance payment. I called to let them know and Mark was very compassionate. He said just call when you get the new one. I got the new one this morning and I called and talked with Mark, I hope that’s his name. He also assured me he was going to check with the company so that they had a new credit card number before they tried to put it on the old one. He really put my mind at ease. He is a good in customer service.

Maria, my agent with Great Florida Insurance, researched companies until she found the insurance I needed. It took a while because she was put on hold by other companies. I thought an agent would reach a real person sooner than I would but she was put on hold too. She continued to search until she was certain all my issues were resolved and at a good price. I feel I made a good choice.

My experience working with Mark was what customer service represented years ago: reliable, trustworthy and accountable. While searching for insurance co.close to our area we heard about Great Florida Ins.was extreme helpful to their customers during the hardest moment due to the hurricane.

Due to our former insurance company going our of business we found ourselves with limited time to find new coverage for our condo.
