I REALLY liked the service, the price was fair and fit into what had been estimated. I hired the service because I am moving out of my old place and the Real Estate requires that the carpets are professionally cleaned. After the service, the carpets looked brand new and it was impressive not only to me, but also to the employee of the real estate, who approved the job. The professional responsible for the cleaning was very attentive and deserves compliments both for the job done and for his interpersonal skills. Alex was very clear and made sure I was aware of everything that was done and of pricing before the work started. One last good thing: they were VERY punctual both to start and to finish the carpet cleaning. I do recommend this service!

I refer to Yelp whenever I need a service done in my home. My carpets were extremely soiled, especially from pet urine. My dog was 18 years old and had urinated everywhere. Hi-Tech carpet cleaning had outstanding 5-star reviews on Yelp and I was able to get an online quote. I called and spoke to Michelle who was able to schedule an appointment for me two days later. Alex the owner does all of the cleaning. He arrived early for the appointment and called 30 minutes before arriving as promised. Alex walked through the rooms and used a special light to locate urine stains (and there were a lot). I've been cleaning my carpets with a Bissell carpet cleaner for years but it just wasn't working. Alex was very concerned that if he shampooed the carpets, the moisture would lift the urine smell and told me the odor could be worse than before he cleaned them. He was very honest and was willing to walk away from a job because he was concerned he'd make my problem worse. I decided to have the carpets cleaned anyway. Alex estimated the time the cleaning would take and got to work. He pre-spotted extensively and sprayed a deodorant before he started cleaning. As I said, the carpet was dirty. When Alex finished, he gave me booties to put on so I wouldn't get damp feet, plus protect the freshly cleaned carpet. I could not believe the results. My carpets looked brand new! He recommended I put fans on a couple of "previously" urine stained areas so they would dry within a couple of hours which would help the smell coming back. I didn't write this review for almost a week. I wanted to wait and see if any stains reappeared or if the urine smell came back. The carpet looks amazing with no odors at all. Just clean and beautiful! My daughter and grandchildren have come over and they couldn't believe the difference. They thought my carpets looked brand new. If you need your carpets cleaned DO NOT hesitate to contact Hi-Tech carpet cleaning. Alex is honest, efficient and thorough. His pricing is reasonable and he does outstanding work. Alex exceeded my expectations by far! When I showed him the area to be cleaned he explain the whole process very thoroughly and offered to do my whole head no additional charge. He showed up at the agreed-upon time and finish the work in the time that he stated. We felt very comfortable with him working in our home.

After having a small area cleaned (beautifully) last year, we opted to clean the carpets rather than replace them. Alex was more than thorough, with the results being far better than we ever hoped to attain! Areas I thought were absolutely done, look just great. I won't hesitate to have him again, but won't wait so long next time!!

Alex did a great job with our carpet! He was prompt, he explained all the steps he was taking and made sure I understood. He did an awesome job, the carpets looked flawless! Excellent experience. Alex took a very dirty carpet in my rental and transformed it! I thought I would need to replace the hallway portion, but it came out great. What really impressed me was Alex's politeness and care for my property. He placed protective corner pieces on my cabinetry and door jambs, along with pads to protect the hardwood and vinyl floors. A top-notch job, and will use Alex again!

Alex did an amazing job! My daughter had gotten food coloring all over the carpet and he was able to get most of it off-which was a miracle. He was able to make the other carpets look almost brand new. He worked very hard and the price was very reasonable and even though it took a lot of extra work to get out some of the stains, the price did not change. I will always use Hi Tech for all of my carpet cleaning needs!

I have been a customer of Hi-Tech Carpet Cleaning for several years. They are friendly and professional from the time they answer the phone to when your carpets are finished. Mr. Acosta offers good advice and was very helpful the year we had to file a claim with our carpet installers. It was his knowledge that helped in getting our carpet completely replaced because he knew the problem was not due to "normal wear & tear". If you want excellent customer service and a fair price then I highly recommend Hi-Tech.

Alex is so professional. Before he started he asked me quite a few questions about my carpet and lifestyle before proceeding with best method for my situation.
