Hi Alex....I wrote the Yelp review under a different name...evil renters. Anyway.....here it is again. And Alex, thank you. For everything. I met Alex as he was about to depart from a neighbors home. Saw the big new pump / heater unit in a nice shiny E350 Ford Van. Great outfit. I walked over to Alex and introduced myself. We had an instant rapport. I had a need to have about 700 square feet of carpet cleaned.....grungy smelly carpet that was not worn out....just abused by a family of 6 who were awful tenants. Alex came right over and in about 10 minutes he was able to examine my carpet cleaning needs. He informed me of the real evil problem areas. I had some options. Alex was there to educate me...not sell me. With the facts and options Alex presented to me, I decided to have him clean.....4 bed rooms, a living room and a hall way. Alex returned to my house 2 days later and at the appointed time. Alex got to work right away......I was busy doing clean up in the yard etc. After about 2 hours, Alex was finished. We examined the carpet together.....shoe 'over booties' were supplied. AWESOME JOB. Better than I was hoping...and I had high hopes. Twenty Four hours later.....carpets were totally dry......were dry, I am thinking in maybe 6 hours, actually....but....extra time taken as I had some work to do in the rooms. Neutral smell. Vacuum nicely. And a great price as well. Alex knows his stuff. I recommend him to all who want and need expert service at a fair price. No gimmicks. No unwanted surprises. D. Robert. Elk Grove

I found Hi-Tech on yelp and it had lots if great reviews. Quality of work was awesome! The person that cleaned the carpet did a great job, hevexplain everything and was very nice. I would recommend Hi-Tech to friends.

Great service! Was told exactly what to expect from the cleaning, cost and any problem area's and how that was going to be handled. Will defiantly use your company again.

I had a great expereince with hi-tech and will recommend it to friends. They called me back and scheduled an appointment promptly. Very couteous on the phone. The owner, Alex was also very courteous and prompt. Came on time, got right to work and did a wonderful job. My carpets look new! Thank you!

Alex does a great job. He's cleaned our carpets twice now, and each time he's been on time, professional, and the carpets look beautiful when he's finished. He's even managed to remove a couple of tough stains for us. I will use his service again, and am happy to recommend him to others.

We loved everything from start to finish on the service we received. We have had just average experiences w/ carpet cleaning in the past but now understand what perfect carpet cleaning is! We would recommend Hi Tech to anyone. We loved the price, the prompt and courteous service and most of all the results! Our carpets never looked or smelled better. After our wonderful experience w/ Alex @ Hi Tech, our search for the perfect carpet cleaning company has ended~ we're sticking with this company and if you want to be totally thrilled w/ your carpets, you should give them a call as well!

Alex (owner) returned my call quickly and showed up for work promptly. Pricing was fair an he did not try to sell me anything I didn't need (and actually talked me out of one thing I thought I needed!). I will definitely use Hi-Tech again.
