Hi Tech kept in touch with great communication. Alex was timely, professional and friendly. He explained the process throughout. He invited me to inspect his work, and the carpets never looked better. It was very reasonably priced for such a top notch service.

I was initially told that they do not service the area where my house lived. Then I received a call back a few minutes later and they said they would make an exception for me. Alex came on time and did a great job. My carpet had been neglected for waaaaay too long. Alex went over it two or three times in the bad areas. It looked decent after he was finished. Then as a few days went by, it seemed to look better and better. That was a little odd to me, but I will definitely take it. The carpet looks great and I was very happy with his work, but to me the most valuable part of the whole experience was the education that Alex gave me. We talked about the different types of carpets and advantages of each. He really took the time to do more than just clean and I really appreciate it. I know who I will be going to when I get my carpets cleaned again and I will definitely refer my friends and family to him. Thank you so much Alex. You were great!

We could not be happier with Alex! We waited a very long time to have our carpet cleaned because we did not feel comfortable with what we had heard about other companies. After reading the great reviews he got on Yelp, we decided to give him a try. Alex was on time, he fully explained everything that he would be doing, and the results were fantastic! Our carpet feels, looks and smells like new, and we now have a " shoe free" home. The quoted price was extremely fair, and he even charged less, as one of our rooms was not as large as we thought. He cleaned 6 rooms and a hallway in 2 hours, carpets were completely dry by the next morning ( mostly dry that night). We will see him again in one year!

I have used Hi-Tech 3 times and have always been impressed by the professionalism and follow-up of every employee that I've spoken with or met from the owner, staff and receptionist. Previous to using Hi-Tech, I would call whichever company had an ad or advertisement at the time I needed my carpets cleaned. From simple things such as covering their shoes, protecting the corners of walls (so they don't chip) and cleaning our furniture of stains, I have been very pleased.

Alex did a great job on our place. He was very professional, he let me know with a call before when he would get there. He was on time. He was also very friendly and easy to talk with. He gave me good information about the carpets and overall did a great job cleaning. I will definitely use you guys again next time I need my carpets done.

My experience was positive from the first phone call. I called on Saturday morning and needed the carpets cleaned and dry before movers came on Thursday morning. They fit me in on Wednesday afternoon and assured me the carpets would be dry by the following morning. They were. Alex was professional and efficient, but also friendly and personable.
