I had the best experience with Jason and his assistant Angi. From the beginning I was told exactly what was going to be needed from me. Jason was very specific on how he handled things. As Jason said “your buying a house, it’s not supposed to be stressful” and he was exactly right. The way he handled my buying process was very smooth and easy to confirm to. I work full time in The Er as a nurse and dealing with my job and my two kids is stressful enough. Jason and Angi were so supportive. I would recommend Jason to everyone that needs a loan.

Jason and his team are fantastic. They are extremely responsive, found the best rates available that I had extensively researched, and had five star service. They are what you would want your insurance agents to be like, (as seen on TV) and not what you get in real life when a problem actually occurs. I will not use anyone else. His team was able to work around my hectic schedule, non-stop flying around, and even my father's recent hospitalization to get my closing done in a timely manner. Jason and his team are hands down the best!

Jason’s service was recommended to me by our agent and I was skeptical at first to use a “non-big name” lender. I was surprised and pleased with the personal attention we were given, and how quick to respond he and his team were. He helped us achieve the exact rate goal we had and in a cost effective manner. He was also able to make our home buying goal possible because of the flexibility he’s able to offer as a non-bank lender.

He listens and whenever I had any concerns he would always be there readily to answer any questions. And if I couldn’t speak to him then he would always acknowledge me by sending a text letting me know that he was going to return my call and he did just that. He help me to lock in a great interest rate. And found me some good house insurance at a good price just like he told he was. He is like a too good to be true. He is very helpful even in this difficult time with this COVID-19 I was struggling to get my IRS transcript some how The Good Lord used him to get me approved through underwriting without my transcript. If you are looking for a Lender that’s not selfish someone that cares about people and that have the love of God in his heart for helping others. That The Lord has favored then this is your Mortgage Specialist along with his Assitant Ms. Angie who is very nice and caring and has a listening ear. That will explain any concern that you may have to you. And they always sent me a video to show what each step meant. To give me a better idea of the process and of what to expect in the next step. And even on my Birthday Mr. Jason sent me a Happy Birthday video early that morning. You will not be disappointed!! Everyone was super helpful! This is especially true when explaining all the legal jargon that I didn’t understand. Angie was a blessing and made everything super easy and seamless when it came to submitting paper work and filling everything out. I’m very grateful that I found them to help me!

In 2019 my husband and I decided to see what we needed to do to purchase our next home. We had financial hardships that occurred in 2018 and 2019. Jason put in so much time, care, and effort to do anything he could to help us not only improve our finances but learn how to and how to keep them that way. In 2019 we were approved with a local developer to build our next house. Jason was able to get us a substantially better interest rate on this home instead of the developer and put us in a better position financially. Two weeks before closing Covid-19 occurred and changed the government's guidelines for loans. This was completely out of Jason and his teams hands. Yet, somehow Jason worked miracles with our money yet again and put us in a better position with almost a point and a half interest rate lower than the developers loan. We canceled our build, found a different house and have the lowest mortgage for a house than we've ever had. Jason and his team do not just care about making money and deals, they care about the individual client and making sure they set them up in the best possible way for the moment and the future. He helped my husband and I completely turn our finances around and we can never thank him enough for everything he taught us and did for us. Don't hesitate to reach out to him. You won't regret it.

Jason and his team responded to all of our needs/concerns in a timely manner. They were quick to provide us with any documentation that we needed.
