We can’t thank Jason and his team enough for all the hard work and dedication. They went above and beyond for my husband and I to close on our home. We were so frustrated because other lenders tagged us along, lied about so much and when my realtor introduced me to Jason. Everything changed for the better. Jason and Angie Budworth are truly some honest, hardworking, dedicated professionals in this business. If Jason DeLaune says he will get you approved believe it . Again I can’t Thank you all enough for helping my husband and I to purchase our home.

VETERANS!! Using your VA Home Loan for the first time can be a very stressful event, probably the biggest worry is; will I get a company that has lots of experience dealing with VA Loans so I can get the most out of my benefit. When I first contacted Jason and his team, I had already secured three Pre-Approval loan letters. Like most veterans I felt as though I had to get the approvals from companies with the word "Veterans or VA" in their name to get the most out of my benefit. When talking with my realtor one day, she suggested I give Jason a call to see what he could offer, so I figured one more approval couldn't hurt, why not. After contacting Jason and working with him and his team, the first thing I noticed was, unlike the other three lenders, he didn't give me a Pre-Approval letter right away like the others, instead he explained to me that his goal, unlike the other lenders was to collect as much info as needed to give me the most realistic approval and figures possible, so that there would be very little to no change when it came time to close. As I continued to work with the other lenders that gave me quick approval letters with very little of my info, I found that as they began to ask for more of my info and documents, their rates and figure began to change, but not for the best. I began to realize that they were using the Pre-Approval letter to bait me in. DONT' BE FOOLED by the lenders with the word "Veterans and VA" in there name, it does not necessarily mean that they are the best at dealing with VA Loans. Jason and his team actually gave me the best rate out of the four lenders, they are very experienced with the rules and regulations of VA Loans. I found that Jason and his team was only concerned with me you having the best home buying experience as possible. I feel like their goal is to try to get their clients through the home buying process with as little money as possible, even if it means that they may have to cut back on their fees to accomplish this. When it became time for me to close, there were no surprises and no change in rates and figures, everything went very smooth. If anyone is still on the fence about using Jason and his team, checkout out his reviews, you may notice that there are no bad reviews, All those reviews were earned through excellent customer service. Again, thank you Jason and team for your professional and courteous service.

Could not have asked for a smoother transaction. Jason and his support team were very responsive and attentive throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home. I have actually already referred colleagues and family to him and their experience has been the same as mine, excellent!

Well I’ll start my story from the the beginning, about 50 days ago is when I started my house process with PRMI lending.Everything was going smooth and every time I spoke with the lender he told me everything is looking good.well before I actually put an offer in on the house I was purchasing I told him I had plans on switching jobs,and I asked if it was okay for me to do so? He told me yes as long as it’s the same kind of work! So I made my switch and maybe A week before my closing day he called and said there problem with the underwriting stage,they threw up a red flag because I wasn’t on the job long enough!!! So I was told I had to be on the job at least 6 months in order to get my loan,I was devastated!!!! So I didn’t give up there,I was directed to another lender which is Prime Lending!! I gave the lady all my information over the weekend and told her about my last experience and she said she never heard of such thing and she can get me approved in the next few weeks!! So I went with it with my Hopes held high again of purchasing my first home!! Well within the week of me supposedly closing and them telling me and the sellers that everything would be good to go I got bad news once again that they couldn’t get me approve for the same reason I got denied for before!! With my back against the wall and not knowing what else to do my realtor called me and told me the sellers realtor Troy knew a guy by the name of Jason DeLaune who was real good and could get me approved in a few days!! I was kind of skeptical at first I went to his profile looked up his reviews and started the process again!! He told me everything was looking good !!! And within 7 days he had me approved for my loan and that I would be closing the following week! I couldn’t believe he had done all this hard work within 7 days after I was given the run around by 2 different lending companies! I would Recommend Jason DeLaune to anyone he’s awesome at his job and if he tells you that you are approved,you can bet you’re money he will get it done!! This was an fast easy process for me for and I can’t thank the E mortgage family enough for all their hard work and dedication on helping me purchase my first home ,my god bless y’all and continue to bless you all!! From start to finish Jason and his team had it completed and closed in less than 20 days. At any given time he was more than willing to awnser any questions I had and was able to put my mind at ease. Rates were among the best but service was THE best!

Our experience with Jason was terrific. He was very professional but friendly, courteous and quick to respond to all our questions and address each concern. He made absolutely certain we understood every step of the process and provided us with suggestions and tips for things we could do to make sure things ran smoothly and timely from start to finish. One word describes my experience with Jason DeLaune - "UNBELIEVABLE". In the beginning, after being denied for poor credit history and scores, Jason told me that if anyone could get my son approved for a home loan - he could! I was apprehensive in the beginning but after listening to Jason and doing exactly as he said (key point - do exactly as he said)things began to look up and my apprehension became "belief" in what he had said. Although the journey was somewhat bumpy along the way, Jason always seemed to smooth the ride and continued to stress to me to have faith that he would get it done. This may have been his biggest challenge but like a "true champion" he proved that "he could get it done". I am so thankful to Jason and everyone at EMM that made this possible - they are the "BEST". I highly recommend Jason and his EMM team to anyone and everyone. My son is a true testament that being told NO doesn't always mean the end of a dream.

All I have to say is that this man knows his stuff! He fights for his clients when the other party or entity is trying to give them the run around.
