I was referred to Jason by a local realtor. And when Jason promised me the best deal without the high fees charged by the other lenders out there, I thought it was too good to be true. Which in turn honestly made me reluctant. I was torn between him or just choosing some well known local lender to feel "more safe" but in the end " saving money" was the ultimate goal during this process for us. And that's just what he made happen for us in the end!! Jason made this all a quick and painless process to close our loan. ( earlier then anticipated!) I'm so glad we decided on him for our lending needs. The best part is that in the end we saved even more then we had originally thought. He knows his stuff! And if you're ify on going with him at first .. Don't be. He will get done what he says he will. We are very thankful to have had him as our lender! THANK YOU JASON :)

I had a very good experience working with Jason DeLaune. He was always very helpful with any questions I had. This was my first time purchasing and financing a home and I felt that he explained the process very clearly and helped me find a financing option that world the best for me. It was much easier for me working through him than It was with my bank which made it possible for me to purchase the home that I wanted. My wife and I have bought three homes in the last several years and we have also refinanced a couple of times. On first two mortgages and my first refinance I just used the bank I've always used. It was always stressful and complicated process. On my last home I was referred to Jason DeLaune. I must say that the experience was totally different. I had a difficult financial situation and it seemed that any bank I visited could not help me AT ALL! I began shopping independent loan officers and brokers to see who could get my situation under control... fast... and would be knowledgeable and RESPONSIVE to my needs. [RESPONSIVENESS is such a big deal. There were many mortgage 'professionals' who just didn't call or email me back.] I came across a few who met that criteria but were SO EXPENSIVE and wanted so much of MY MONEY. And then a friend of a friend referred me to Jason DeLaune. I can't say enough good things about my experience with him. I must admit - not only was I impressed by his knowledge and PROMPT answers to my questions, but I was also impressed by his ability to deliver what he promised... on time... and in my situation, much - MUCH - cheaper than anyone else.
