On time,tv removal was done expertly and quickly in and out .james and brandon were courteous and professonal, payment was as quoted.

Experience was very good. James was very professional and the process was efficient.

Excellent service. Polite and very careful removing a king size bed. Price was decent for the size of the item removed. Would use them again. Also arrived to my home on time.

Talk about great service...Called up Junk Boss on a Sunday evening and they were there with the truck Monday morning. Helped me take down a few remaining items from the attic and within minutes my big pile of junk in the garage was on the truck driving out of sight! Professional, courteous, and did I mention a great value? Those 5 stars I gave them should be 6!

Elvis and Jaiden were awesome. Both in the professional attitude and capabilities. They removed a MASSIVE wall unit from the house that I thought for sure would had to be sawed into pieces. They did it all with a smile and courteous at all times. I highly recommend Elvis and Jaiden and Junk Boss.

The experience was easy. The guys took out all of the bits. I did not get an upfront quote, which would have been a nice concept. Like, have a flat rate for a Queen mattress. But in the end, the junk is gone in under five minutes. The two guys were very polite, professional and arrived earlier than expected.

We are in the process of getting our office organized and cleaned up for reopening. After 18 months of working remotely our office had become full of outdated product and documents. After a weekend of cleaning, we had accumulated a ton of garbage outside the office in the hallway. As you can imagine the building management was not pleased and it was a fire hazard. We needed a bulk removal company right away and I found Junk Boss on a google search and gave them a call for same day service. I did not know what to expect but was hoping for the best. They sent a team of two that arrived on time and gave me a firm quote to remove our junk and started right away. Techs Brian and Jaydan worked quickly and within 2 hours the hallway was clear. I could not be more pleased with the level of service and professionalism. Junk boss has become my company’s bulk removal partner of choice and I will be using them again and again.

TOP OF THE LINE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS (I worked in moving biz throughout college & then managed and owned businesses where customer service was #1 after my work as a Federal Agent IN PHL and bodyguard/ security consultant to South Florida's rich & famous). Your guys were great, careful, considerate and seemed to like their job and took pride in what they did. They beat me to the house and made my wife feel very comfortable and she even said make sure I tip them (always for good work) and she is "tough to get afew stars out of for service" so I was kinda shocked that she was giving them a 10 too more or less! So to the owners and managers I would gladly give u the highest rating possible to your business and your employees especially Elvis & the guy with the military haircut (forgot his name) but seemed like another leader! The others were great too didn't say much just did their job well which is good too.
