Saw an ad for Junk Boss, saved it and SO GLAD we did. We are moving, had a couple of items we were not able to do ourselves, last minute, called to check them out, they came by, gave us an estimate AND said they could take it right then!! They were EXTREMELY courteous, professional AND cleaned up after themselves. We could not have been happier with the entire encounter and we WILL be using them again.

We checked several local refuse removal services and were immediately impressed with the courteous and professional handling of our inquiry by the Junk Boss office manager. An appointment was easily set and Junk Boss Technicians Ken and Carlton arrived right on time. They worked tirelessly to remove many years of accumulated rubbish from our lot - and they did it with an infectious positive attitude! Thank you for great service at a great price!

Very professional, helpful and thorough.. I would recommend them to anyone. Price was reasonable, they tried to get my stuff in as small a space as possible- they were looking out for me as far as cost was concerned. They were prompt, worked tirelessly and cleaned up so all I had to do was watch the stuff get hauled away. They made a difficult stressful time go smoothly and I thank them for that.

My experience with this company was a positive one.I contacted them after seeing an add in a local business magazine. My garage floor needed to be painted and I had quite a few items that needed to be discarded and dismantled. This company came out when they said they would, we agreed on a price, on the spot, and in about one hour all the "junk" was removed from my garage so it could be prepared for the epoxy covering. Ken was pleasant and respectful and even swept the loose debris. This company was reliable, efficient and well priced. I highly recommend them for your removal needs. FYI: I received no compensation for posting this review.

They did a very professional job. They came out the day after I called, arrived on time, were friendly, and worked efficiently. They were respectful of the home being careful not to scratch walls or ding doorways. They were well organized and removed the furniture quickly. The quality of work was excellent and complete as per my instructions.The supervisor made suggestions concerning a storage issue which will save me quite a bit of money. As for responsiveness they showed up within a few hours of the initial phone call which was very important. The price was fair and I was not required to pay for a minimum amount of hours which I did not need. They were professional in their appearance and behavior.

I've been working on fixing up my new condo for about 2 months and had a lot of wood that needed to be hauled away. I called Junk Boss and they came out the same day I called.
