Recently, I needed to have bedroom furniture removed very quickly. My carpet was being replaced, and they had only one date available. Junk Boss was recommended, so I called them. I was able to get the furniture hauled away the next day. Because I had such good service the first time, I called Junk Boss again to have items removed today. When one item presented an unexpected issue, Jayden and Nathan were able to think on their feet and make a quick decision about what to do. They more than met my expectations, and I salute them. Also, I commend the management for having confidence in their employees ability to make decisions on the run. Besides working very quickly, every person I spoke with, on the phone or in person during the both pick-ups, was professional and helpful, and the cost was reasonable. Definitely, I would call Junk Boss again.

I want to thank Junk Boss for their diligence in response to what was an unusual piece of unwanted furniture...a 10' x 5' faux fireplace. They worked relentlessly to ensure it was removed without impacting the walls and surrounding furniture. The staff extremely cordial and respectful. I was extremely pleased with the price and their willingness to look at other items. Thanks Junk Boss.

I had experience with Junk Boss today and it was outstanding. We live in a building that has strict requirements as to liability certificates. Their office responded in minutes to a minor snaffu with certificate. I was concerned about timing as they were due to come between 2 and 4 pm and 5 pm is building cutoff for contractors. They came early, responding to a call I had made prior. Three of the most pleasant, hardworking and efficient young men arrived and made a hard day so much easier. They arrived on time, were very courteous and had all my junk loaded and ready to go in a timely, efficient manner. Price was reasonable considering the amount of stuff and level of difficulty to load. I highly recommend Junk Boss if you have unwanted items that need hauling off.

Great service from the moment I called. Nadine (I believe), was super helpful answering all questions and conveying information on their services and pricing. The two young men who came were very professional and friendly. Couldn’t believe we had same day service. Would definitely use them again if needed, and will recommend to our neighbors.

Responsive, scheduled within 24 hours of service, showed up on time and removed the hot tub quickly and without any damage to doors, screening, etc. Very professional and affordable.

Our Junk Boss experience was great. A team visited our place to give us an estimate and the charges were clearly explained. Due to the large pieces of furniture that would need to be dismantled we were given a range for pricing with a guarantee that the price wouldn't exceed the top end of that range. They also explained to us how the wood furniture was recycled for electricity. The men who gave us the estimate were the same men who removed our stuff. They were very pleasant and professional. The team arrived on time and got the job done in the estimated amount of time. They found that we hadn't cleared out a couple of desk drawers and called it to our attention which was really nice since a couple of personal items were in the drawers. They were very careful, wore masks, and made us feel safe in their presence. I would highly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Ken and his assistants (sorry! I forget all their names) were all great on both jobs...one was removal of all contents from a storage unit & the other was removal of items from my house. All 3 men were courteous, friendly, hard-working and completely professional. The cost was explained up-front and was totally reasonable. Thanks to all for making the experience a positive one. 5 Stars! 10 out of 10!

This company is amazing. I called after7pm on Tuesday...Gerard answered. We needed our old refrig removed on Wed. He worked it out perfectly. He told me Carlton and Brandon would arrive between 11 - 1. They called on their way....arrived at 1:04 very concerned they were late....that does not happen. These gentlemen were AMAZING! Kind, considerate, capable and genuinely cared about our satisfaction. If you need removal of junk do not call anyone else. We wish we had more junk just to give them more work. This company kept its appointment on time. The service staff did an excellent job removing my hot-tub that required disassembly behind enclosed screened patio. Staff were well equipped, and efficiently completed the work. The premises were left clean. I recommend this company for their excellent performance.
