Everything about my experience with JunkDoctors exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend using this service if you need to get rid of clutter. After some initial trouble completing the online registration, I called and got Lee who was extremely helpful. My visit was scheduled for the next day - another plus - so prompt. Chris and Alexander called to let me know they were on there way and were running a little early. They wanted to make sure it was okay to come before the scheduled time. Very considerate and appreciated. The job was done with quickly and thoroughly - I couldn't be happier! Thanks for making the process so easy!

The two young men called ahead early, were extremely courteous, prompt and professional. Any questions I had, the lead guy Cam answered well. They were careful to take the time to understand what I needed moved because it was "stuff" in the midst of much other "stuff"! It took them less than an hour, they were pleasant and friendly. Probably the best all around moving type workers I have ever come in contact with. I'm near retirement and have moved at least a dozen times in my life. Double thumbs up!

I needed a very stinky couch removed from a former smoking room. The couch was too big for my car and also I was pretty sure there were spiders in the porch where it was kept, so I kept putting off getting rid of it. I was able to get an appointment right away and the movers arrived on time and in a good mood. There was a slight problem fitting the couch through the door, but the movers happily figured out a solution. I am very happy with the service from booking to completion. Everyone I was in contact with was cheerful, polite and helpful. I would recommend and will use them again.

Thanks to two hardworking young people - an Amazon from Minnesota and a Hunk from Cary - the jungle of junk in my yard has finally been vanquished. They hoisted lumber, hauled trash, and hurled enormous branches over their heads like spears, all the while smiling and chatting as effortlessly as if sipping iced tea on a shady veranda. I thoroughly enjoyed their visit and am profoundly grateful for their work. Help of any kind, much less GOOD help, is rare in our increasingly isolated culture. These two defy that trend with grace, humor, charm and grit. Kudos to Junk Doctors for a smart business concept and for good hiring decisions!
