It was absolutely perfect! Could not have been any better....the two gentlemen were top notch in every way!!! Extremely polite and professional and it could not have been a better experience for us. I also want to add that I had called earlier in the day and spoke with Christian to ask if it was possible to change what I had originally said I wanted to have picked up. I called yesterday expecting to get an appointment next week but they were able to come out today!. The crew was very professional--called 2 hours ahead of time to see if they could come an hour early. which worked out great for me. They completed the nasty garage clean out in less than an hour and made sure I was happy with the work before I paid. I have used Junk Doctors before and will definitely call them again. I had a great experience using JunkDoctors. They called to say when they would be arriving (within the two-hour window) and were right on time. When they arrived they were professional, prepared, and ready to get the job done. We had quite a bit of heavy stuff (including some appliances), which they loaded up quickly. Once everything was loaded, they double checked the area to make sure they had gotten all the small debris as well. Very impressed--would definitely use JunkDoctors in the future!

Regret, due to move computer has been in transit; however, your customer service representative was very informative and courteous. The team arrived as scheduled and I was greeted with professionalism and confidence. They were friendly and personable and worked efficiently and with a camaraderie that is missing in today's society. The entire process was accomplished much sooner than I had anticipated and the bill was worth the 15 plus years my wife had asked me to get rid of the junk I have been carrying around. I intend to use Junk Doctors again, after completing our move to our new location to remove the junk I carried here.

We were very impressed with Junk Doctors. We received a call prior to their arrival to let us know they were on the way. The guys were polite and professional and very efficient. One of the items we had removed was a very large entertainment center which they carried down the stairs. We would definitely use them again and will recommend to others.

WOW!!! Two very pleasant professional young men did a tremendous job cleaning out the carriage house. They were thorough even sweeping the floor. They asked permission to break down a cabinet so it would take less space on the truck. Enjoyable to talk too. AND, they were non-stop from the time the truck was in position till it left to be dumped. I will use them again! And, recommend them to friends.
