I used JunkDoctors to haul away a large wooden playset from our backyard, as well as old kitchen cabinets that had been left in our garage for years. Scheduling was simple, the crew of two called ahead of time just as they said they would, they showed up on time, removed the items in just over an hour from start to finish (this included deconstructing the entire playset), the employees were competent and friendly, and they cleaned up after themselves. Lee, the president, even came by and introduced himself (I'm not sure if he does this for all the jobs but it was a nice touch and an indication he wants to be sure his team's work is performed well). I texted a photo of the playset a few days ahead of time so they would know what they were getting into, and Lee responded within 30 minutes with an estimated price (and even offered to come the same day to remove it). Ultimately, the price for removing the playset and cabinets was less than what I thought it would be (and, notably, even less than what Lee estimated it might be based on the photo I sent). Overall, I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again when the need arises. If you've been delaying having junk removed because it will be a hassle (I know I did) -- let this group handle it for you.

He did not stop until the job was done and everything was cleaned up.They were kind, curious and very professional . I was pleased with the price as well. It was well below other estimates. My experience was 5 star excellent. The guys called 60 minutes before our scheduled appointment to advise they were 30 minutes early. They were professional, thorough and very fast. I even overlooked some items in the yard that they pointed out and took care of immediately. They gave me a price based on original eyeball of payload size but packed the truck so well that my price was lower than expected. JunkDoctors are the way to go!

Wow what team of great guys...love the twins. They were helpful they were courteous they arrived early called before they came well dressed in uniforms extremely professional. I called a another service that cleans your garage and trades out the cost for what they can sell out of your belongings but I will never call them again they never showed very unprofessional that's why if you need something done follow my lead and call the professionals junk doctors is the only way to go. From the office staff to the drivers to the work crew and the entire team thank you so much for making our lives so much easier.

We live on a wooded high maintenance 2 acre lot. The oak and pine trees love to shed their limbs leaving a big mess to clean up so I gather them into a large pile (roughly 10’ x 10’ x 6’) to have the mess picked up yearly. Also had a Lazy Boy love seat that was impossible to separate the metal from the wood for recycling due to star screws and rivet joints. Also discovered a wicked practice of home builders while digging to plant flowers and veggies, which is to bury construction debris like cement spills, cinder blocks, bricks, wood planks, sand, etc so as to “save you money on your new home by not having to haul it to the dump”. Upon discovering Junk Doctors in a monthly coupon book mailing I set up an appointment with them online. They showed up at the time promised at the earliest part of the 2 hour window on a cold morning. I was greeted by two cheerful guys in their 20’s (Jacob and Ben - Biblical names) who brought a truck whose metal bed measured 7.75’ x 9.75’ x 5’. The junk was loaded in the following order Love Seat - highest priority (My wife and I bought a new one to snuggle on after 26 years of happy marriage) The large pile of tree debris Broken bricks, cement spills, some broken driveway pavement (another long story), then some solid cinder blocks. I was amazed they could get it all in one load and at even having the strength afterwards to throw the cinder blocks on top of the tree debris. And they were still cheerful after all that hard work which to my amazement took only 1.5 hours to do. Other people I hired to haul away tree debris in the past took at least a half day. A full truck load haul awaycosts $480 minus coupon discounts and other discounts they offer. I was happy to pay and will definitely use them in the future. Five stars for a most cheerful excellence in workmanship and customer relations.
