Hi there! I wanted to thank both Matt (the manager) and Tara (an associate), who helped me out immensely during my recent move! I initially spoke with Matt, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and beyond helpful. It made the rental process a lot easier, plus he made himself available after hours to call with any questions. I needed to extend my rental due to circumstances and Tara made that possible for me. She went out of her way to accommodate my needs the next day, which was a lifesaver during a stressful time like moving. Thanks again to Tara and Matt! Would definitely recommend this location to anyone and will do. :)

Tara really helped us. It was a last minute rental. She had us up and out in zero time. She was very calming and helped us perfectly.

We rented a 10’ truck for a half day move. The customer service was exceptional. The truck was clean and perfect for our needs. Drop off was a breeze. Highly recommend and will use again.

Everybody that works there was friendly, cheerful, efficient, and helpful. They were working on a saturday and they could not have been any better.

I am looking to down size my storage unit I have there. The Lady (I am terrible on names) was wonderful. She looked over the amount of stuff I had in my unit and then showed me another smaller unit that wills easily hold the stuff I my other unit and save me money. She was very knowledgeable in assisting me.

Bringing back a car from Seminole Florida, I was supposed to return it to the Ravenel office but to my chagrin they were closed. Called another office in West Ashley and they didn't return my call. Well, I used Main Road to store my boat years back so I called to see if they could help me out. PJ said to go ahead and bring it in. When I arrived Lisa came out to greet me and handled me like we were old friends. Very pleasant and witty at the same time, in and out in minutes and I promised I would come back to handle my moving or storage needs. Thanks again, great place to do business!
