At our Johns Island Main Road Self Storage Facility, we are dedicated to serving families and businesses on Kiawah, Seabrook, Johns and Wadmalaw Islands. We take the safety and security of your belongings seriously at our self-storage facility on Johns Island. We offer self-storage units with and without climate control as well as boat storage and RV storage. We have a state-of-the-art security system that includes 24/7 video surveillance, security lighting and 7-day access with a PIN code entry.

My Main Road storage experience was fabulous! I would definitely store there again if necessary. I always felt safe; security is excellent and access was extremely easy. The facility is very clean and nice. Most of all, the staff there are very helpful and friendly. 5 star review all around!

I return to this location frequently if for no other reason than to see Lisa at the desk. She is fantastic and provides service beyond reproach. UHaul could not do better than Lisa. Cheers to her!

I’ve rented a U-Haul several times from this location. Each time I had interactions with an employee, Lisa. She has made every experience, fast and easy. She’s made it enjoyable to come inside and rent a vehicle for such a daunting task. We highly recommend this facility to anyone and everyone! Lisa was amazing. So professional and did nothing but help me in a difficult time with health issues and my phone was locked in my unit. Didn’t know how to work the lock. She helped me with that and since I was not well she closed the unit door for me . Couldn’t have done it without her. Lisa should be considered a valued employee.

I arrived at the store at 5pm (almost closing time) and was lucky enough to have Lisa help me. Lisa was great and very pleasant. She made the whole process easy and very enjoyable. I wouldn’t go any where else for my future storage needs.

The day did not start off well as there was some confusion created by U-Haul in moving my reservation to a different location. However, Matt came to the rescue with efficient, friendly service to get us going again. I appreciate his efforts on our behalf.

Main road has been a tremendous help during our move to South Carolina from 25 years in another state. We’ve never used a storage facility before and both R.J. and Lisa went beyond expectations to assist prior to the move as well as during the move. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed renting from Main Road Storage. The employees are pleasant and helpful. Lisa rented my truck to me. She explained everything well to me. As for the truck, it ran well. The tire warning light came on about 30 minutes into the trip, but I didn't see anything wrong with them. Also, the driver's sun shield was missing, but that was only a problem briefly.
