I needed answers first thing on a Monday Morning Main Road Storage ‘s staff called me even before they were scheduled to open. She listened to my problem and immediately came up with solutions. When I arrived at Main Road the place was spotless the staff greeted me warmly and set right to work. We had a plan in place, I was shown two choices to decide what was best for my needs, and I left with everything I needed in an organizer…on a day when organization was a big help. The place looks brand new but I know I’ve seen it on Dorchestet Rd for the five years I’ve been coming to Summerville . There were ample carts and Dollies to assist my movers.

DeMere was a wonderful help. I went out of my way to use this facility and will continue to do so. He was very helpful and knowlegeable. The atmosphere was very businesslike and professional. I couldn’t have asked for more.

The staff at the Summerville site, especially Tracey, are very helpful and friendly. They have supported us through a coming move with advice on types of boxes and storage facility sizes. During what is a frustrating experience, they used their knowledge to help make our task easier and more efficient. I highly recommend them. We have both an outdoor and a climate controlled unit. They are clean and easily accessible and secure.

I was needing some supplies for some delicate family heirlooms. The employee, DaMeer, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as far as what I needed and how much of it. Everything was readily available at your location. This made the move sorry free for me.

As always my experience was great. We needed a vehicle on a quick quick notice and they were able to accommodate me. Cargo van was perfect and was able to complete my errands. Staff was great and helpful. Highly recommend

Friendly staff with excellent service. After hours access is important because I travel. The ability to rent a space, rent a U-Haul , purchase packing materials, and send or receive packages by ups carrier puts them in the Winners Circle. They have been an excellent resource enabling me to be more efficient and organized for my business.

I just signed a lease with Main Road Storage in Summerville. What a difference than the place I used for over 15 years! The staff, yes they actually have a staff of people, unlike the other facility that is almost totally online and rarely has a person on the premises. Main Road Storage is locally owned and operated, and the staff was so helpful and answered all my questions. AND Main Road Storage is much CHEAPER than the other place that has BIG rent increases each year, and they offer all the security measures. I know I will be a happy long-term renter. I should’ve made this move years ago!
