Fantastic. Everyone is so friendly and took their time to find me the perfect spot to park my boat. I have had an inside unit for a few years now but this is the first outside spot I have rented. The security is fantastic, easy in and out and cameras everywhere. Best storage area in the low county.

Everyone was welcoming and wonderful. Took a total of 30 minutes to rent a trailer and a storage unit. The two ladies behind the counter had all the paperwork preprinted and ready to go. Would recommend this uHaul location AND storage space to anyone.

Tracey and her crew at the Dorchester were insane to work with. We had a really stressful move with many moving parts and numerous changes and they were very patient and accommodating. I highly recommend them (and UHaul) big time!

The very quick, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service received here today was a welcomed and wonderful experience. I was helped by Tracy and Christina. I had gone in after work expecting a long drawn out process but it was the opposite.They went above and beyond their service. I was stressed by the move to another state and they made my trucking rental with U-Haul amazing!

The three most important things that I look for in a self-storage facility are safety, security, and access. Main Road Self-storage is located in a safe location. Its requirements for entry are secured with cameras and with codes for the door and elevator. For the most part, I have had access to the facility. The time that access was denied was during preparation for natural events like hurricanes. Moreover, the staff is friendly, courteous, and productive (yielding favorable or useful results). My experience with Main Road Self-Storage has been excellent.
