Main Road Storage is awesome. I’ve used them many times for U-hall trucks and also have rented space. Tracie and Jay have always been phenomenal. They treat you as family when you walk in the door. Always professional and courteous. I’ve recommended them to my friends and to anyone needing to move. I consider them my friends.

We arrived from out of town, and secured the storage unit without any problems. Tracy went over all the contract details quickly and professionally. We were able to store our things and leave within about 45 minutes.

I have been a customer with Main Road Storage since 2015. I have had the largest unit to now the smallest unit as we have purged old stuff over the years. Safety and security has always been great. Access is easy and secure. Management has always been helpful, polite, and caring. I truly appreciate the wonderful customer service over the years. You're the best in Storage and moving services in the Summerville area. Thank you!!!!

This is by far the best Uhaul, Storage, UPS drop off spot in the entire state! The two ladies that work there are SO friendly and helpful. They always greet you with a smile and an ease that’s instantly makes me feel welcomed and relaxed. I visit about once a week or so with my Amazon returns, and they never complain and always scan my packages in right away. Because of their service, next time I actually need any Uhaul or storage services, I will look nowhere else for them! I’ve even recommended them to other people in the area!

The office attendant and outside attendant were excellent. Both were extremely personable and went out of their way to assist with dropping of the UHaul trailer I had just pulled from Maryland. I can recommend this facility without reservation for any Uhaul or UPS needs. If I need either of these services or storage in the future this facility will be my first choice.

The young ladies at the site were terrific. We did a one-way move from Summerville SC to Clearwater FL. The truck was great, and they recommended supplies (speciality boxes, lock, etc.) that I felt I needed. Very pleased with the service

Tracie, Jamie and Jay are awesome and made my experience with Main St U-hall very simple and gratifying. There very knowledgeable and handle themselves very professionally. I’ve rented 4 u- hall trucks and have a 10x30 storage unit at this facility and I’m very please with their service. I would recommend this U-hall location to everyone.
