We like the online check in, so that we don't have to sit in the office for a long time. Doctors and staff are very pleasant and nurse check in is very thorough with questions regarding your condition.

Dr.Alexander is so nice and really listens. I felt like he was thorough and really cares about the patient. A+. And all the staff were nice too. I would definitely recommend this facility.

My experience with Marque Medical is positive. The staff member at the front desk is always friendly and very professional. The PA that saw me is great and really seemed to show concern for my issue. This is the second time I have seen her. I had lots of questions and she answered them all. She gave me two separate prescriptions to ensure maximum treatment. She’s amazing, thank you Nicole!

Another positive experience a Marque Medical. Going to the Dr.s is never fun however from checking in at the front desk to getting our prescription, we were in and out in 28 minutes. Impressive!

Everything about Marque was excellent. I had an appt but because I was a new patient, I had to fill out forms which delayed my appt. No fault of Marque. Once I was registered, everything went smoothly and I was impressed by the overall staff and Marques facility.

I was greeted by a friendly receptionist at the front desk and was brought back to a room within just a few minutes. The medical assistant was thorough and professional. The best part of the visit was Dr. Eaves. She really listened to my symptoms and ordered the necessary tests. She explained everything about my results and what to do to follow up. This is my second visit to this facility and I’ve been very happy both times. I highly recommend them.

Any PA at this place is super knowledgeable and sharp. They see hundreds of patients per week and know what they are doing. Online check-in is really convenient. You are in line before you come over, and don't have to waist two hours sitting in their lobby breathing with germs. Place is nice and clean. Masks and hand sanitizer are available at the receptionist's desk and free. I hope this place stays that way.

The staff was amazing! I am 7 months pregnant and injured my knee. They noticed my husband and I in the parking lot trying to hobble inside and someone came with a wheelchair. The team of staff members took amazing care of me and took every precaution and provided me with great options. We are so thankful they are in our network and will surely come back :)

Center had changed owners since I had last been in. I had just arrived from a cross country flight and ended up at urgent care with an infection. I got right in and was discharged within 45 minutes. The staff was friendly and professional.

First time I have ever had to visit an urgent care. Needless to say I was very impressed! Friendly and professional staff, modern and clean facility and very little wait time. By far the best experience I have ever had at a medical facility! The doctors take the time to explain your condition and how they are going to treat it. They also encourage questions. I much prefer marque urgent care than going to my own doctor! A plus for me is also they are only a couple of miles from my house. Keep up the good work, it is greatly appreciated!

Staff was friendly. I had brought my daughter in due to a fever and suspicious it could be the flu. The doctor came in and spent a good amount of time explaining their thought process and why he felt it was the flu. We were given a thorough explanation of what we should do to get better. We were glad to get good service on a rainy Saturday night.

Been here before and had a great experience. Today I went back and did have to wait a bit. Due to An emergency situation with another patient. Once I got back there Nurses and doctor did there job and and I was out of there real fast.

Called ahead of time to "reserve" a time slot. By the time I got there and filled out paperwork I only had to wait about 35 minutes. After being called back, within 2 minutes, the doctor was in the room and going over my issues. Very professional and nice and efficient. Sent in my prescription and we were out the door. The pharmacy couldn't fill what he had requested and he answered their call to recommend another drug. Pharmacy was shocked that they got a hold of a doctor on a Saturday! Hopefully won't need to go back but will if I need too.

Loved how professional the staff was for being so young ( i am old). Cristina put me at ease & was very nice as it looks like she was training a young man. When i first walked in the place was packed Cristina was smiling @11 am & still smiling @ 4pm when i came back. I had the pleasure of meeting Dean who knew i was nervous & was so kind he even brought me water a very professional young man with a great respect for the elderly.(me) Then I met Jackie who was prompt with the appointment & better than a Dr.ha-ha, figured out what was wrong & had me out the door in no time so i could get my meds & get home to find relief. And lets not forget the other young lady at the front desk Kristina LOVELY. Thank you Rita.

I was initially hesitant to follow through with my appointment because the front office staff was not the most helpful or friendly. I was happy I stayed, however, because the doctors and assistive personnel in the back went above and beyond. I really like being able to check in remotely. Will return.
