Great staff very profesional!

I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I think when people go an urgent care the biggest worry is the wait- in this case they warned me that it could be an hour or more. In my case the efficiency with which everyone worked, paired with the individualized care and concern I felt allowed for a better than reasonable experience. I was in an out in about an hour, and the diagnosis and treatment was spot on. I am on the road to recovery I only wish I had gone in earlier.

Very nice staff, came in for my son and ended up getting sutures. You had a plastic surgent in the office and he did a wonderful job with entertaining my son, he was very professional. My son has the minimal scar possible. The only negative thing we experience is he wait time, even though i had an appointment i had to wait for 30 minutes until the doctor came in to the room. Other than this i had a great experience, thank you!

great service from physicians and staff place was clean

I was visiting from Oregon when I became ill. I was greeted quickly and in a room within about 10 minutes. Everyone was friendly and professional. Even though I was ill it was a pleasant experience. I would go back in the future, if necessary.

Staffs in the front were very prompt and courteous in greeting patients. Everything was handled in timely manner with a professionalism.

Always a clean office/waiting room. Courteous & knowledgeable staff. Check in after scheduling an appointment online is quick and easy. I went in for pain in my chest and back, trouble breathing, the Nurse and Dr. were so nice and even did an EKG to be on the safe side, then sent me home with a treatment plan. Friendly staff and Dr. was great. Thank you for the good, pro active plan for my healing.

I felt like I was at a concierge Dr. My wait time was short, the facilities clean, Tv in every room. Quick test results and prescriptions electronically sent to the pharmacist so it’s ready by the time you arrive. What more could you want?

The facility is very clean, the wait time was short, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The nurse practitioner was thorough, knowledgeable and very pleasant. This is my urgent care of choice because I have always had a positive experience here. Well the name has changed I think the experience has even gotten better. Level of care is excellent. Very accommodating not much of a wait and Care was very good.

I did not wait at all with my appointment and all of the staff I encountered were great. The nurse and doctor were very attentive about why I was there and my concerns.
