Immediate attention received. When my insurance was in question, the receptionist offered other alternatives, trying to help me find care I could afford. After consulting with my provider, I chose to stay at Marque Medical and hopefully will be reimbursed by Cigna. While waiting quite a while for the doctor I noticed the receptionist was exceptionally helpful to all walk in and returning clients. The nurse was also very caring! Dr. Alexander was caring and efficient and diagnosed my condition quickly and prescribed accordingly. I appreciated the attention and care I received!

The registering process was a little long, but expected for a first time patient. I was promptly seen after that. I felt like they took me seriously and we found I had pneumonia. Sharp Grossmont did not finish the job, and I felt like they treated me like I was faking the extent of illness I was experiencing. even after coming by ambulance. You guys did a much better job. Thank you.

The office is close to my house. I got there when they first opened. Had a very short wait time (10 mins). Everyone was helpful and friendly. I'll use this office in the future if necessary.

felt welcomed and the office staff were helpful and accepting of me. the clinical person was welcoming, communicated well and portrayed that everything was okay. the doctor was relaxed and listened. very approachable and again very confident that he could help me. They called my medications in so when I got to my pharmacy, they just gave me the medications and I could be on my way.

I had a great experience. Everyone was very friendly, professional, & very efficient. I was in & out in record time. So glad I drove a little further to go to this one. I definitely recommend this place & will go back myself.

The care is outstanding. Staff is curteous and smart! Dr. Sims is so good professional caring and has helped me to get better the few times I have seen her. Their follow up is first rate. The place is spotless and comfortable. I do recommend If u must see a doctor right away!ask for dr sims

Care was good but I should have received a chest x ray to make sure it was not more serious. The rest of the visit was good. Place was very clean and I didn't have to wait too long

The wait time was not too long, about 1/2 hour. Doctor spent appropriate amount of time with us. Facility is new and clean.

I had a great experience, medium waiting time which was expected as a walk in. My doctor was very kind and helpful, leaving me with not only prescribed medicines but also other over the counter and natural remedies to relieve the pain of shringles.

Dean Jones MA/X-ray Tech and Dr. Nicole Pilsbury were incredibly kindhearted when I visited the Marque Urgent Care Center for a shoulder injury recently. They kept me smiling and laughing given the amount of pain I was in for my injury. I’ll definitely go back to.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was admitted and seen within an hour of arrival! Doctors are knowledgeable and my experience was a positive one.

The lady at the front desk was sooooo nice! She was very helpful even with all the crazy stuff happening in the lobby she never stopped smiling. Best experience I've had so far.
