Thank you so much for getting this done on the same day. Made me look good for my customers. One small thought as I’m in the industry as well. This is based I’m off of many repairs that I’ve had to redo over the years as well as what I observed installed today. I’ve seen many plumbers use Sch40 Male adapters when transitioning from copper/brass female threads to PVC. I’ve found and I believe it may be code that a ach 80 male nipple glued into a 1” coupling is a much stronger connection and does not fail. The SCH 40 Male adapter always fails when used to transition from PVC to metal. Just my opinion but it’s buried and customer is happy. You will have less call backs or future failures if you use the above method. Ono ow cause I’m the one always repairing this connection in landscape settings when the pipe leaves the backflow or similar. Still 5 starts though. Mahalo.

I just had my very best plumbing experience in my long life. I had a four thousand dollar water bill from a leak on my two acre property. I was alarmed that the storm left damage that would be untraceable. Jeremiah Miller arrived and in less ten minutes he and his spectacular team of Jerry and Kris located the issue and quite quickly fixed the problem. They were absolutely stellar- very professional, personable, friendly, pleasant and brilliant and kind. I recommend them highly! A truly great experience! I am so grateful !

We just had an excellent experience with Maui Plumbing! We had a leak in our outside spigot and were pretty sure it needed replacing - plus we had a couple other plumbing problems in our bathrooms: a leaky bath spout in one bathroom, and a faucet that wouldn't produce cold water in another. Two plumbers showed up: Jeremiah and Jerry. They were on-time and immediately focussed on solving our problems. Both were super knowledgeable about our plumbing issues. They accessed the problems quickly and worked to provide solutions. In addition, they answered several questions about other plumbing concerns related to our problem areas. It's obvious Jeremiah and Jerry have a lot of experience and confidence in this area. Plus they were such friendly, personable, and considerate guys. Just the type of guys you want to show up when you have a plumbing problem in your house! They provided an estimate quickly -- before any work began - and made sure we had no unanswered questions along the way. Thank you for hiring such smart people to work for you. Maui Plumbing installed a leak detector shut-off valve for us. They did a fantastic, high quality job, were on-time, and very helpful. From setting up the appointment with Ivy, to meeting Victor and Kyle, everything was handled with such professionalism. Ivy let me share with her what I felt the issues were. She then went through some work history that we have on file with Maui Plumbing. She wanted see if there would be some over lap in previous work orders and the current issue. And she found some. Talk about going above and beyond! Victor and Kyle showed up on time. They, also, listened to what I thought the issue was. We ran through some scenarios, scheduled another appointment. And wouldn't you know it. They showed up on time, again. There would be one more round of this and then the problem would solved. They didn't hurry the process, they troubleshooted every step of the way, then excuted plan, saving time. If this is the way the continue to do business, we (Kukui Mall) look forward to doing business with Maui Plumbing again. They are professional, punctual, and courteous.
