My first experience with Maui plumbing was top-notch. I called to schedule an appointment on Thursday and all my services were taken care of on Friday. Jamie was awesome, very knowledgeable and professional. He worked above and beyond my expectations. I recommend you call them for your plumbing needs.

aloha, too complicated for a google review but if you can get it there, you have my permission to re-post my comments. I'm writing to promote MAUI PLUMBING after having them replace my solar hot water panel on the roof. we were out of town when a neighbor called to inform us that our solar panel was leaking profusely. we called several companies in the area with no successful results. That was, until we contacted MAUI PLUMBING. their site on the web let us fill out a form, explain the circumstances and actually schedule our own appointment. since we were out of town, we scheduled an appointment on the first day we returned to maui. Michael Martin and his helper, Elijah, showed up at the requested time and after agreeing on a price, had the job completely done by 1 pm the same day! I'm happy to report that the price was fair and we were more than happy to have the job completed. Not always do you find a plumbing company that shows up, on time, and gets the work done all in a day. Thanks Michael and MAUI PLUMBING, you've just become our go to plumbers!

I received a very prompt response from Jessica to my email request for service. She scheduled an appointment with Jamie who arrived at the appointed time. He was very communicative about the work that was required to solve our issue and he completed the job quickly and efficiently. I am feeling that the price was in line with the going rates that plumbers charge, although I am not entirely certain as we have not needed plumbing service in a while. The bottom line is that our water pressure issue was resolved. I also appreciate the email receipt which included photos.

Great service deserves the time to write a review and this one is long overdue. We have called on Maui Plumbing multiple times for all kinds of plumbing problems on our campus which houses a large church building, preschool/hall and parsonage. These guys are quick, professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and patient. They take the time to make sure that we understand everything they are doing. This company is customer service oriented from the office staff Jessica & Seth to the service repair technicians. We have never had a bad experience with any of the guys. I want to give a special shout out to Jason, Jacob and Mike. These guys go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of before they leave the property. I have hired Maui plumbing several times over the past couple of years. They are wonderful, reliable and honest. From the scheduling, prompt arrival, knowledgeable experienced staff to the billing invoice it’s all top notch. I had an issue with a newly installed faulty water heater and they rushed right over to replace it. They stand by their work. Jeremy just redid my bathtub plumbing and he was extra careful not to scratch my brand new washer and dryer, which he had to move in order to get to the pipes. Maui plumbing was recommended to me by a friend and I’m recommending them to you too. Aloha

Maui plumbing was quick to respond. They fixed everything beautifully, and were super clean about entering the house, and cleaning up after. Very polite from the moment I called,and through out the whole process, making it very comfortable. Surprising affordable. Maui plumbing you rock!

Jeremy and his crew were always professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the plumbing tasks. They were thorough, answered all questions and explained the installation, operation and maintenance of the solar water heater.

Really satisfied with work done. I don’t remember his name but he was really polite and professional I was well informed by him about work being done and explaining about the heater function.

My Experience with Maui plumbing has always been a positive one. Jami, Jeremy, and Greg have always been very professional and understanding about the plumbing issues they are dealing with. We had an excellent experience. A service call was scheduled for 2 days after my call. The serviceman arrived promptly as scheduled. He made repairs quickly and installed my new faucet. He made sure everything worked properly and that we were completely satisfied before he left.

We were really impressed with Maui Plumbing. I don't usually write reviews but these people deserve it. We needed them in a hurry, time was an issue. They understood and fixed the problem very quickly. Very impressive, I would call them again for sure. Way to go Maui Plumbing!

We had an excellent experience with Maui Plumbing. We explained the nature of our problem on the phone and we scheduled an appointment . They arrived on time and with the proper equipment. The plumber was courteous and tidy about his work. In passing, I mentioned a plumbing improvement we would like done and I received an excellent suggestion of how to approach it. We were charged what I considered a reasonable amount. I would call MP again.

Very professional and responsive.

My hot water heater blew, and even tho,it was covered under warranty it took a few days for the replacement tank with all kinds of red tape with Rheem. Steve, the young apprentice and now a fully fledged plumber did an amazing job installing it, and I know your company was quite busy at the time with your workload. My only complaint,,,the bill was too high....plumbing is a decent profession, better than a doctor!

they are reliable and prompt on emergencies, price is same as competition, QUALITY is excellent I used them 4 times on different problems and the work they did has not re-broke. And they are local to me, in Kihei. I will always use them from now on.

Maui plumbing did a excellent work, Jeremy was very helpful from the begging to the end; he explained the work he was doing step by step, getting approve to all the work he was going to do before accomplished it, very respectfully with me and my neighbor; the quality of work very professional and very clean before and after the job was done. This is the second time I used Maui Plumbing and once again I am completely satisfied. I like Dan--his professionalism, his explanations, and efficiency. He came to check one of my toilets. Then I showed him a water valve which was obviously corroding. He had the tools and equipment, and didn't have to order something or come back another day. Everything there and the job was done quickly to replace. Besides that, he came 2 hours earlier than expected--unheard of in past plumbing experiences. I believe its due to his efficiency. For sure I will use Maui Plumbing in the future!
