There was a leak in our slab and our plumber Eric came straight away that day to see, assess, evaluate the condition with free consultation. It was an intense job where he and his assistance Jessie rerouted our plumbing. They did a great job. We are very impressed with the workmanship. Eric and Jessie were very friendly and professional. There were no surprises with the job. Eric found a leakage under my sink and was kind enough to add that on to his job without hesitation. Eric let me know what he was going to do before doing it to make sure I was okay with it. They charged exactly what the estimate had been, which was reasonable for the quality of work done. I will definitely use their services again and highly recommend them. Also was thank the office staff Troy and Debbie for answering any concerns I had. Super friendly team. Mahalo for all the hard work. Maui plumbing no ka oi!!!!!!

The response was quick. Tim the technician arrived first thing in the morning and was very pleasant and personable. He took a quick look at the three issues my home had and left to gather parts. He returned in quick order and installed all parts required to fix all three issues. I will be recommending Maui Plumbing to anyone who is in need here on Maui. Great job Tim and thanks again!!!

We have used Dan Cardenas at Maui Plumbing a number of times. We think Dan is GREAT! Very responsive and always has done a great job. He truly gets customer service. I wouldn't want to use anyone but Dan. (Believe me, went through quite a few Maui Plumbers before finding Dan. Dan is BY FAR the best.)

Jeremy and Steve were very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, on time, proficient, fast and very good at cleaning up after they were done. Jeremy communicated well with my tenants as he continued the job. Communication with Maui Plumbing was easy, timely and accurate. They get the job done and more. We called them to get an estimate for lining our sewer and noticed a leak near the toilet. They left for some supplies and returned immediately to repair the leak. I highly recommend Maui Plumbing.

Maui Plumbing is the best plumbing experience I have ever had on Maui. They were extremely accommodating and arrived almost immediately. They were knowledgeable and went beyond the line of duty, by pointing out a future problem in the making. I thought that their prices were below market. I will always call them first if I experience problems in the future.

Excellent work by skilled professional technicians, who are customer-oriented. With a positive "can-do" attitude and patience, Mr Wolcik and his apprentice Jesse completed the job within the stated time frame. The Plummer who did the work on our unit was friendly and professional. He also had a sense of humor. I would definitely have Maui Plumbing work on our condo again if the need arises.

I had a very good experience with Maui Plumbing I first hired them to hook up my water supply to the refrigerator, they were very professional I then hired them to put in two gas lines, they did a great job. I would hire them again.

I was very impressed with the entire communication from the beginning to end. A friend recommended Maui Plumbing. When I called I felt reassured that I had finally found a company that was very professional and cared about my plumbing problem. I was given a exact time and name of the technician that I should expect. When Jeremy arrived he was polite and very efficient. We have had a revolving door with plumbers. We are located on the second floor of an old building and constantly have plumbing issues. Our first experience with Maui Plumbing was with Dan and we are pretty confident that we can lose the rest of the numbers in our contact list for plumbers. Service was promt and when the work was done the problem was solved. Dan gives us confidence in his knowledge and stands behind his work. One of THE BEST service responses I have ever experienced! From the initial call into their office to the technicians who came to the house...I felt I was working with real professionals. My situation was not urgent but they offered weekend service without being asked. The service men called prior to the appointment time to reconfirm, they came on time and they were most polite and professional. The problem was solved and included proactive advice to preclude the problem re-occurring. The service fee was very reasonable and especially in comparison to other plumbing companies I have used in the past. I am happy to recommend Maui Plumbing to anyone.

Our plumber showed up on time and quickly diagnosed what the problem was. He gave us an estimate on what the repair would cost, but since he did not have the part with him, went and obtained it. The problem was on the outside of the house and despite the it raining the whole time he was there, he completed within four hours. I was quite pleased with the professionalism of the plumber and the quality of the work he did.

Quality of work has been excellent. Prices are at fair market value. Responsiveness has really been beyond the call. Very helpful in situations when it is needed the most.
