I went in due to an emergency laceration and was helped immediately and with care. The assistants and doctors were talkative, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was surprised to find that I was in and out within 45 minutes with little to no wait time. Highly recommend!

I was seen in a short amount of time. The dr. was very kind and knowledgeable. The x-rays were done and read quickly.

They were fairly quick to get me in and get seen. The staff was friendly and professional. The Dr was spot on and to the point which I like. The x-ray tech and nurse were both excellent communicators and showed compassion with the patient. The visit overall was one of the better urgent cares visits I've had.

I think this is the best urgent care facility in Folsom. I've been to several over the years, and the last two times I went here, and will keep coming here from now on if needed. I find everyone there to be knowledgeable, professional without being stuffy, friendly and showing a genuine concern for your care. They also leave you with all the supplies you need for your home care, where others will make you go buy your own at a pharmacy. Wait times have always been relatively short too. I'm so happy this facility exists.

I just wanted to extend my sincere appreciation to Dr Ngabo for his kind and thorough care during my visit to Med 7 this last Sunday. I was in severe pain with a rotator cuff injury and he skillfully gave me a steroid shot that was effective in alleviating my pain. Dr Ngabo is the finest doctor I’ve had care for me in my many visits to Med 7.

The staff was so friendly and professional, but also kept things light hearted, which I totally appreciated. Nicki and Dr. Thiel were awesome! Office was clean and organized. Wait time wasn’t too long, even though it was evening. I will definitely come here again in the unfortunate event that I need urgent care. Thank you for helping me in my time of need!

I got in right away. My finger laceration was cleaned and stitched up. I was in and out in an hour. Very friendly and courteous professional staff. A week later I had the stitches removed. It had healed up nicely. Great service, professional staff, as good as it gets and convenient location!

I knew something was wrong but kept getting turned away by other doctors/ER. My symptoms were multiplying in number and discomfort. Finally I was placed with Dr. Goethe (excuse the spelling if incorrect, I thought I saw a “y” on her name tag) Dr. G was compassionate, thorough, and most importantly figured out what was going on rather quickly. I needed to have blood work drawn, lots of blood. Z (again I don’t know her full name I’m sorry!) was also very compassionate and obviously knew what she was doing. She traced my veins with her finger to find the perfect spot to draw from. She did so very patiently, which I appreciate because I’ve been rushed and painfully poked by other phlebotomists. I feel lucky to have met both of these women during such an uncomfortable time. Thank you for letting me cry and thank you for taking the best care of me. I’m already feeling so much better. Fingers crossed on the bloodwork results.
