I was processed quickly, when I entered. The wait time was reasonable. Everyone who waited on me in the medical staff was friendly, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

I am visiting from another state. I have a cough that was interfering with sleep. I was seen promptly and everyone was efficient and helpful. Dr Popke was nice, respectful, listened to me and treated my issue. Thank you to all.

The convenience was great as I live near Folsom. I arrived and was greeted quickly by the front office staff. The paperwork and insurance verification was simple and easy. The RN who took me back was super good and checked back with me when there was an extended wait to see the physician Mark Portman MD. In a few words, Dr. Portman was AWESOME!! An extremely professional demeanor and no nonsense approach and treatment. Outstanding ED Doc! The high quality of care and ease for me to be see at Med7 will definitely make me think twice about going to the hospital ED ever again. My 1st experience at Med7 gets a grade of A+++++++++++++++++

The nurse and doctor were awesome. This was my fourth or fifth visit to MED 7. This time, like the others, was positive. The efficiency and care was shown through their collective efforts in getting my problem diagnosed.

MED7 in Folsom was very professional and comforting. Everyones vibes in there were positive. Everyone had a genuine smile and was very compassionate and helpful. Thomas Gonzalaves the PA was awesome. I highly recommend MED7 in Folsom. I came from a suburb of Sacramento called Rosemont (which is quite a distance from Folsom) wish they had a MED7 closer like in Rancho Cordova or the Collage Green area. There is a nice building for lease there (hint, hint) in the old social security office ( they moved down the street) plus the area is not far from the college and other surrounding homes and businesses.

Quality care was excellent very friendly and down to earth people. The comfort was great. I hate needles but felt comfortable. The convenience was alright I'm driving from placerville but wasn't too bad.
