Very short wait for Service. Staff were friendly, concerned about service. Dr Adams ordered an X-ray to confirm her diagnoses. Treatment was done after a full explanation of the condition. I would return to this facility for treatment in the future.

Med7 personnel were very professional. Dr. Portman was ex-ceptional in his demeanor, knowledge, attentiveness and caring attitude. I would hope to get him again if I should go to Med7. The waiting room was very clean and comfortable.

My visit was very good! I was greeted by the front desk when I entered and was brought to a room quickly. The medical assistant, Nicki, made me feel comfortable and was very thorough in making sure my symptoms were well understood. The provider, Roopa, was wonderful and I would definitely come back to be see her! Thank you Med7!

They were a little slow but I’m sure there was good reason so I wasn’t upset. Wait was only a little over an hour outside the waiting room which isn’t too bad considering how many people were ahead of me.

I got in pretty quickly for a shoulder injury. I saw the doctor, had X-rays taken, got a referral to an orthopaedic all within 30 min. Considering I couldn't get in to see my regular GP for a month, this was a great experience. I prefer this office to my main doctor to be honest. They get it done.

So far meds 7 has been great and I’m still continuing to see them and they do hear my concerns and to me they show me the best care that they possibly can give me knowing what my conditions are, they are great at med 7 here in Folsom!

Was taken back quickly with polite informative staff. Explained my options and answered my questions clearly and thoroughly. Nobody is happy to show up to urgent care but they made the experience pleasant and efficient. Thank you to everyone to helped me!

I am currently visiting the area and needed medical aid. I found Urgent Care to be very convent and I had very little wait time. The staff and Doctor Adam's was very friendly and helpful.

Everyone was very nice and I was able to get tested for strep and prescribed antibiotics quickly without waiting for too long.
