We are consistently pleased with Mulberry's customer service and timeliness. We use the pick up and delivery service and the convenience can't be beat. We love how easy it is to use and have had everything from regular dry cleaning to leather goods, shoes, table cloths and velvet drapes picked up and returned to us in great condition.

It always smells fresh in the store and my garments do as well. Lately the staff has been better and more courteous at the Grand Ave location. When they have lost pieces I've brought in they have compensated and accommodated me. They have also rectified stains in some difficult pieces that I was very relieved about. Overall, I love what they stand for and will continue to come here!
