I needed stitches, so I called urgent care to verify if they can stitch my injury, which they said it's possible. Once I got to the office, the desk assistant was ready and expecting me. The doctor came out to look at my injury, and she decided I also needed stitches. After I filled out a couple of lines on the medical information form, a nurse took me to a medical room, and the doctor stitched my injury. Everyone in the office was very nice and helpful, and the service was quick. After a couple of days, the doctor called to check to see how my injury was healing. I was blown away! How often does your doctor call you to find out how you are doing? Just Excellent! I will always go to this Our Urgent Care.

My experience was excellent. I was seen in a timely manner. The ladies took their time with me. And also called and checked on me to see how I was feeling a few days. After my visit. They facility didn’t accept my insurance, but I knew that I wanted to be seen so paying out of pocket was well worth it. Thank you all ! I will return.

I love Our Urgent Care. They are close and convenient. I've never had more than a 5 minute wait. I know when I am sick I can get professional and compassionate care. On this visit I felt very disrespected. I asked the receptionist if she could make a list of NY medications due to it was long. She took my list and said yes. While I was sitting in waiting area her and the xray tech were laughing and talking about my long list of meds. "Oh my God she takes a lot of medicine" This went on for a few minutes. I almost cried. I can't help I have several health issues. If they want to make fun of a patient at least go in another room.

I came in feeling terrible actually for abot the last 3 months, not very happy with my doctor kept putting it off,Finally couldn't breath from coughing. My chest hurt no relief. Came in to your office got a breathing treatment prescribed medication,felt 100% better before I left. Thank you so much!

Each time I have visited, the staff has been professional and the doctor was thorough in letting me know what was wrong with me. I do like this Urgent Care.

Everyone was friendly. Service was efficient and helpful. My experience in the room was that the ladies were knowledgeable, efficient, yet took their time, answered my questions and did not make me feel rushed. Extremely pleasant experience!!! The ladies were also thorough and worked quickly to get me diagnosed and a plan for me to get better. Due to my visit being Sunday evening the day before Memorial Day. I ran into a snag that the pharmacy I asked them to call the script into was closed and would not open again until Tuesday. When I contacted the ladies the quickly called it into a 24 hour Walgreens so I could promptly begin my path of feeling better. I will go back again and I will recommend your location. The hours are very convenient Thank you for doing what you do and doing it well!!!!!

From the moment we walked in we were greeted by kind faces. Everyone from start to finish was friendly. The new patient check in process was quick and we did not have to wait long. (Can't guarantee that is always the case. We walked in when there was no one waiting.) There was a NP on duty that was very knowledgeable and thorough. They even called a couple of days later to follow up. All in all a great experience. Would definitely go back.

On my way! I don’t know where to start . I got there early so I came be first . They facility open up on time , a lady greeted up at the door, I did all my paper work , with they help of the team , it was clean but cold but clean and neat . The staff was friendly and smiled and everyone spoke . They was knowledgeable about everything they did and explained . I was in and out even after during X-rays , in 45 mins . AGood job working as a team . Thanks

Quality of care and speed of being seen was great. The caregivers were patient and willing to learn as much about my health needs in order to provide the best care. I appreciated the excellent customer service as well. Thank you for being an asset to our neighborhood.

this Urgent care is Amazing! They have the most Compassionate and helpful staff that I have come into contact in a long time. Before I came to the UC I had 2 previous Dr's appointments. The first dr denied to see me because his office didn't accept my insurance. I tried to explain that his office was listed as a provider for my insurance and that his staff was aware of my insurance when I made my apt ; he didn't care. I went to another apt that I was unintentionally late for and the dr needed me to reschedule I couldn't reschedule because of my work schedule. I was a walk in at the UC and the service was, fast, the staff was very trained at their practice. I trust them. I would recommend them to our savior. Thank you UC Staff

Went to Urgent Care Saturday of Easter weekend. Everyone there was very helpful and friendly. Took me right away. When I got to the Walgreens where the prescription was called into they had already closed. I called Urgent care and she explained what I need to do at the 24/7 Walgreens and if all is good there no problem, if not call her back.

Walking into Our Urgent Care was difficult as I was suffering from what would soon to be identified as the Flu. This was the most convenient option because I was dizzy and parking was not a problem. This wasn't the normal flu I honestly thought it was something much more severe. I walked in and Tracy took amazing care by giving me immediate attention at check in as she could see the stress in my eyes. She even managed to make me smile which was the beginning of my recovery. Then I encountered Sam and Vince who as a team gave me reassurance that I would be fine. They were extremely thorough with their approach. Then Dr. Elizabeth walked in. She listened and had an answer to health issues I had been questioning mouths prior. Dr. Elizabeth didn't rush the exam instead she was patient and treated me as if she was my family Doctor making sure before I left the office I was feeling better and I understood my treatment. Days later I am back to my 101% self which is amazing because I start a new career tomorrow. Thank you Our Urgent Care, you guys are nothing short of amazing!!

This was my first time at this urgent care I go to the on lynburg . But I wanted a female doctor so I came there and the staff was so friendly on a Monday thank god,if I need to I will go back there.

My son and I received excellent care from N.P. Johnson as always. She explains the procedures and she thoroughly explained medications and why she gave rx for them. We appreciate her wisdom with each visit. My family only go to "Our Urgent Care" because of the friendly staff and the N.P. whom have the knowledge of physicians. N.P. Johnson works very well and comfortably under pressure. Our family have been patients at this urgent care over 10 times. N.P. Johnson has educated us regarding our conditions and medications- which our primary care physicians has never told us. We are so grateful for excellent service at "Our Urgent Care".
