my experience at urgent care was a very warm visit. Dr. Elizabeth Johnson was a caring and on point doctor. I was greeted nicely when I got there and was seeing within 15 minutes or less. she was cheerful and upbeat with a very professional concern for my reasons for being there. after my EKG and X-rays she took time to explain her findings and what my next steps would be. I was so thankful that I made the decision to go to urgent care and not the ER. Thank you for allowing me to sure my experience with you and oh yes could you tell Dr Johnson I said thanks for such a caring heartfelt visit.

I appreciated that I was asked to give any information about meds I take. Info on any allergies to other meds which would cause a problem was important. I'm glad they wanted info on past surgeries, my regular doctor. The building was very clean, the workers kind and helpful, and the doctor was quite pleasant and thorough with checking, information and other help plus medicine for my pink eye. Thank you so much!

Quality of care experience was excellent. No one was there at that time I was seen but everyone was friendly and nice. Plus I get off at 6:00 and the hours of operation was what I needed.

I was so impressed for the care and concern shown by the employees when I took my daughter. They were actually out of power at the time, but one of the nurses questioned our need and determined that they could provide the care needed in the waiting room, without the need of technology. We were quickly treated and on our way. They were truly a blessing to us that day!

This Urgent Care location was fantastic. They were so helpful, and friendly, and my son was even impressed by not just the quality of the actual care, but the quality of them explaining to us what the issue was and how to treat it. We both left there very informed about his injury. We had no wait times; it's a well-organized and professional facility with a friendly and professional staff. I came in on sat 19 2015 my complaint was soreness and stiffness in front of thigh and in knees from a spinning class .i talked to the doctor about it .she explained and gave her observation with possible actions to resolve the issues.i was very pleased because she could relate because we both were athletes and she understood what my concern was.i appreciate her not just doing her job but understanding how it relates to being in a sports manor.

My visit to urgent care was very good. I was seen quickly, no wait time the day I came). The staff was very courteous and efficient. The nurse practitioner was kind and I was quickly on my way to getting the medicine I needed to be better by Christmas. It was close to home and great to be able to just walk in without an appointment. Thank you.

I am so happy I found you guys. Went to the Urgent up the street and was told by the doctor not to come back I need to go to my regular doctor ( who has retired) I was treated so great from the receptionist, to the person ho took my blood pressure and the doctor. Hopefully, I won't be needing any more urgent care, BUT you can believe I will be back and I will be telling my family.

I had an unexpected fall and went to your urgent care. The staff was friendly and the facility was clean. I received care promptly,diagnosed and treated. I was given documentation of everything that occurred and a copy of the xray to follow-up with my doctor. I was also provided a splint and a prescription to get me through the night. What more could you ask for late at night and I avoided the wait in an emergency room. Very satisfied and I would recommend the facility and use them again.

I had the opportunity to receive services at 3433 North Highway 67. The service was excellent!!! The attendants were friendly and professional. The clinician was efficient and courteous. Everyone did a great job answering my questions and explaining everything to me.

I love going to the Our Urgent Care. The staff is always friendly, the Dr's are very courteous, anns there's no long waiting periods. I've never spent more than 45 minutes on any of my visits. I've never second guessed the treatment I've received. My first choice is care is always Our Urgent Care centers.

November 7, 2015 marked my first visit to Our Urgent Care of Florissant. The facility was clean; the employees were affable and courteous; and, the attending nurse practitioner, Jade A. Holman, was respectful, solicitous and, although unfamiliar with my medical history, quick to access and administer treatment. What I appreciated most was the convenience of the facility's location, on-site lab tests and results, the immediacy of care and Ms. Holman's judiciousness in providing me with the names of medical facilities or professionals that might be more suited to address my complex of symptoms. I highly recommend Our Urgent Care of Florissant to anyone who needs immediate care and can not wait upon a physician to fit one in.
