I went in today for severe asthma related coughing. I also have an ear infection in my right ear. I was greeted sweetly by the staff and filled out the paper work. The staff and medical professionals were absolutely amazing. Upbeat and kind, despite my pain and extreme discomfort. They helped thoroughly assess my symptomology and history. The response to my medical concerns, most notably, wheezing and coughing, was nothing less than prompt and caring. The medical professionals were personable and easy to talk to. I cannot express how helpful the staff and medical professionals were in treating me. I was feeling awful and in very poor health this morning and I was greeted by helpful, capable and friendly individuals who wanted to not only help me but to give me the best care possible.

The staff is friendly, professional and provides excellent efficient medical care. I will refer family and friends to this urgent care facility.Thank you for providing affordable, excellent medical care in a convenient location.

Very satisfied. Needed care early, before going to work. Opening at 8am helped. Got in & out Quickly. experience was good.

My daughter fell and hurt her arm at the pumpkin patch. I did not think she was seriously injured and dreaded taking her to the ER. As we were driving I thought, I should just take her to OUR Urgent Care. They are never too crowded and you do not have to wait long (still thinking she was fine). After they got us in right away, and did the x-rays, it turned out she really did break her arm. I felt awful, but they made her feel comfortable, and took care of it. I am beyond grateful for the kind and prompt care for my little 5 year old.

Had injured foot/ankle and had swelling. Doctor and Staff all very kind and prompt and facility neat and clean. X-rays were needed and were done very quickly, as well as treatment when diagnosis was made. Definately the easiest visit to a urgent care I have ever had which was wonderful when you are in pain:)

My experience was very satisfying . I found the staff to be very warm and friendly. The nurse practitioner was awesome. The facility was very clean i was in and out ....i loved it

The professionalism of the medical staff up to and including Dr. Jade Holman was far greater than any experience I have had at any urgent care type facility or my primary,care Docter They really cared about the patient.

I was very fortunate to find “Our Urgent Care” . I was unable to get in touch with my primary care physician and was searching to find a quality care agency with a positive rating open for evening hours. The staff was courteous and professional. They were open to questions and addressed my concerns about the new medications I was being prescribed. I am very satisfied with their recommendations. My thanks for your very professional service.

In and out quickly. Prescriptions sent directly to the pharmacy. One less thing to do when you don't feel to good. Everyone was nice and professional.

Extremely happy with evaluation and procedures done to evaluate my problem. I had my prescriptions filled and took the medication. Felt much better after taking medication and continued to take medication as prescribed.

I had quick service, which is important along with quality care. I was in and out in 1 hr. 20 minutes and people were very friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this place to people.

Missy was just fabulous while drawing my blood. I got goosebumps when Maggie touched my thyroid. What soft hands. Every employee deserves a raise, especially the x-ray tech today.
