The receptionist was kind and responsive to my questions and in handling my paper work. On leaving, she forwarded the information of my visit to my doctor as I asked her to do. The initial medical person asked pertinent questions in a logical responsive way. It was explained to me in detail on how to proceed with the particulars of the testing and where to wait until it was completed. The medical nurse explained the findings of the test, answered my questions and gave me both information on the infections found, where to pick up the prescriptions, and how to let my doctor know what had happened during my visit. All those at Our Urgent Care were professional, polite and thorough, and kind.

The care and advice I was given today were very good and pertinent to my illness. The pre-consult nurse was very pleasant and thorough. The nurse practitioner was excellent. The hours are very conducive to me and the location is excellent. Everyone was very friendly and I definitely believe I was given great treatment and care. I would certainly use this urgent care location again.

Staff is always friendly and the doctor takes time to listen to your concerns.

This was my second time visiting this office. Both times I was able to be seen quickly. The office staff was friendly and professional as was the nurse practitioner who treated me. It was a relief to be able to get the treatment I needed quickly. I was also pleased that the fee was no more than I would have paid at my primary care provider's office.

Quick, courteous, and professional .

I was instantly a priority for the care team. After a few questions and short paperwork, I was seen and thoroughly questioned about my medical history which I appreciated.l. The staff was patient and very caring. They treated me and watched me for any reactions to the treatment before allowing me to leave. I am so thankful they were there for me.

I actually drive further just to go to this particular Urgent Care! When I arrived, the receptionist was very quick to greet me with a smile & get the process going. She was extremely courteous & friendly. I was quickly placed in a room within minutes of my arrival! The NP & an intern, I believe, were very quick to diagnose me & get me some relief for the extreme nerve pain I am in, due to shingles. They were very friendly & empathetic to my situation and handled it immediately!! I was in & out in no time!! I am sorry I don’t remember their names, but my visit was on Friday, May 18, 2018 @ approx 6:15 or so. The Customer Service I received was above and beyond to include exceptional attention, service and care. All of the Staff at your Urgent Care in Wentzville are to be commended for their ongoing practice to maintain the highest quality of care & exceptional levels of great service to their customers & patients alike!! Great Job & Kudos to ALL!! I actually left with a smile as they all wished me well on my way out the door!

Great service, the doctor was very thorough and the care was friendly and kind, fully answering any questions I had.

The remodel is nice, rooms are large, clean and up to date. Waiting room is comfortable. Check in was easy, forms clear and easy to understand. I was seen in less than 30 minutes (went on a Monday around 2pm). Dr. Shrivaram listened to my issues and took steps to consider all possibilities.

We have been here a few times with the kids. Always are treated well and compassionately. You put the kids at ease. It is a good experience!!

All the staff was amazing. They were very helpful, patient and professional. They took the time needed to answer any questions, and do a thorough exam. They explained everything in layman's terms so I and my wife understood. They came out to my vehicle and got me with a wheelchair (injured ankle). They then took me back to my car. The staff seemed sincerely concerned for me and my injury. Very friendly, personable, yet very professional.
